I wasn't expecting them to be pink! I don't know why I think that's the coolest part, but little things like getting to pick a colour I really think adds some needed degree of control back that has been taken from amputatees. She looks like a super hero!

My twin had septasimia and died when we were 7 weeks old it was to late before they could do anything she was completely black when my mum and dad went to the hospital(btw we were already at hospital but my mum and dad were somewhere else and the staff didn't want to do anything whilst they wernt there

3 years on she's got a good voice (she's on got what it takes), a sassy attitude and obviously pair of robo- arms. I'm so glad she got those arms and gained some more independence as a result.

If my child had lost her hands at such a young age I might have pursued the Krukenberg procedure. It looks a bit freaky but provides gripping ability.

I was born without my Left hand it's a condition called Amniotic Band Syndrome but I've Never really thought about having 2 hands. But Tilly is right when she was talking about how other people take things for granted lol

Deux Ex everyone? Augmentation is becoming real these days. With more time passing on, we could end up having the opportunity to actually have those very advanced augmented body parts like we see and share our toughts on in Deus Ex. The idea isnt new, but demonstrated so beautifuly in the game and watching the tech grow in our real world just makes me happy. Fiction becomes reality, it helps people by changing their medical status to a good one. Nice job.
