Giyus sister sacrificed herself to save Giyu from a demon the day before she was set to marry, he tried to tell people but they just thought he was being a little kid making up stuff so they ignored him than Urakodaki scooped him up and trained him along side his friend Tobias and they would train until final selection where Tobias got packed up by a demon he rescued Giyu from and when Giyu came to he heard about Tobias and has lived with both Survivors guilt and imposter syndrome.
