Hey friends, don’t you just love it when you’ve been craving something and you finally make it perfectly and it just HITS THE SPOT! That is how this entire week has been for me. I have a leftover makeover to share that is one of my FAVS, don’t knock it til you try it! I’ll share my favorite enchilada casserole with a zesty twist, and I finally made the chicken fajitas my heart has been longing for! I really needed those fajitas LOL Oh and a dessert for my mom’s birthday that is literally Heaven on Earth!
