He’s trash. Tbh, he’s probably the biggest weakness on the team (thinking long term). I don’t mind head coaches that don’t call plays, but those coaches have a football philosophy that the team lives by and the coordinators tweak, thereby creating consistency and stability. As long as Sirianni’s trash can football mind is head coach, we’ll have to adopt the entire philosophy of whichever coordinator we have and our offense will constantly be going through overhauls. Jalen asked for consistency… Sirianni won’t give you that. I hope Moore takes his spot

He’s a good fit for this city. He talks trash. He oozes with confidence. I might disagree with some of his coaching decisions, but he is by no means deserving of being fired. Give him another year. Having veteran coordinators will show his true colors.

Hard to say. Jury's still out. I don't think his job's on line. Doug's back up plan was making the young QB coach the OC. Unlike our last one, he had no experience. Siriani has better coaching around him this year, and we didn't lose in FA this year.. hopefully, the injury bug won't hit the secondary again
