Dear Steve, There are a lot of photoshop editing videos which I have reviewed over the years. But there are few which explain the workflow fundamentals. I find your video and the document which explain your six workflow steps, VERY essential. I think that every photographer should follow the fundamental steps you mention and build his own workflow.
