Metal and kawaii works surprisingly well, now I want a full track

It's been a long while composerily, glad to be back. Edit: The trance country song sounded like a game theme/song.

Honestly the kawaii/metal just sounds like Anamanaguchi

The trance country song sounds like something Avicii would have made during the "True" days.

"swing and metal" Ironically, that's been done before and it actually sounds pretty great. The song I'm thinking of is "Voice of Trespass" by Between The Buried And Me "rap and opera" That's also been done, in the fittingly named "The Most Unwanted Song", which basically combines all the least liked music things into a 22-minute masterpiece of garbage.

Trying unusual genre-combinations is the basis for like half of the songs I write lol. But let's be real: As Composerily proves, you can combine almost anything and make it work, if you know how to properly write and arrange a song. The rest is up to personal taste.

As someone who listens to both metal and kawaiibass that was the most fire thing I’ve ever heard, it sounds like it belongs is no straight roads or splatoon

Trance + Country already got it's own genre; it's called Balearic Trance. "Going Wrong" by Shah would be a good example.

I'm only 59 seconds in to the video, but I just had to pause it so i could say that Bluegrass X Dubstep fucking slaps when it's done right. I did a few remixes and mashups back in the day, and everyone loved them. I still fucks with it, there's just a distinct and severe lack of people writing in that genre.

The metal and Kawaii one reminds me of "Enter the Battletoad" by Celldweller. It's from the Killer Instinct soundtrack and it's great. The last half incorporates more of those "beep" type sound into it.

most non-extratone producers just put a normal 909 kick with no filters, and it ends up sounding horrible (extratone is awesome if made correctly). But you need like a lot of distortion and added bass and shlt, some good extratone songs are: Hydrosonic speedcore by Imil and Splitting Noise by Noise Spammer.
