I used to shop at Costco once a week (its the closest grocery store for me), but I found I was spending $200-300 each trip, and that was just on groceries (nothing else). So to save money I only go once a month and I go to No Frills once a week. I also make it a challenge for myself to live out of my filled freezer/pantry as much as possible and just shop to fill in the gaps. Inflation just sucks lol

I too have been taking this brand and it's made a huge difference in my energy and health. I take the liver and the multi organ everyday for 2 years id say this is the only supplement ive actually felt a difference with and Ive tried many and to add to it Ive stopped my other vitamins also i have 3 kids and been breast feeding for 6 years. Praise God

Are sams club prices like Costco or is Costco the better route? I have never been to either, but I’m a family of 5 until this July and then we will be a family of 6 and I need to budget so badly since we bought our first house and i struggle staying under 300 a week and need to stay round 100-150 a week
