In this episode, host Lucia Nazzaro talks with Jeremy Uhrich and Scott McKenzie, the co-founders of Cookies For Caregivers, These two Dads used the extra time on their hands due to the pandemic to do something special for the caregiver heroes they observed in their Huntingdon, PA neighborhood.
Watch how the friendly cooking competition between these two Dads launched an enterprise that has now expanded to 110 groups in 41 states and Canada now donating over 3,000 dozen cookies a week to dedicated caregivers and first responders.
Host Lucia Nazzaro is an Emmy nominated multi-media personality, writer and reporter who received her MSW in Clinical Social Work and is a licensed clinical therapist.
