HELP! I am a type 2 diabetic. I can't use the Creatine you suggest because of meds. Is there an alternative one you would suggest? Also I'm not a fish eater so that's out. I can do canned tuna but that probably is not the best source.
I go to bed early as during the week I have to wake up at 5.15a.m. so I try not to eat after 6 p.m. sometimes it happens that I'm hungry during the night and this keeps me awake....😢
