Ok now it makes sense. This is the same producer that hosted the video on 90s movies and wasn't even familiar with them herself. she never seems to know what she's talking about so now i can excuse her comment about Tarantino movies.
This comment was talked about 90s cult movies in the last video. That girl in this video (candace) wasn't host, it was another person (yazmin). The subtitle made it mess. Cmiiw 🙏🏼
the producer didn't sound like she wans to do the job. A lot of bias opinion on the thing that she doesn't like and what "It's not relate i just found it in and added them" comment?
This is the second video I’ve seen with this host. She’s just terrible, she was bizzare in the first one I saw her in. This video feels like “I just got canned but I’m contractually obligated to make it”. She seriously acted like she didn’t want to be there.
while I agree that she is not great at hosting,at least in present time, she may be great in other areas of video production, and may be great person on their own. In essence she is not bad, just doesnt fit for host role.
Tbh the producer started ruining it for me near the end, she just seemed like ahe didnt want to be there anymore. That being said, Anchorman is my top, could watch that movie a billion times and love it every single time. …I love…lamp. I love lamp.
Whoever the host or the one askin the question just killed the vibe, like some of her comments were unnecessary and shouldnt have been added to the video
I know it's her opinion, but I want to understand it. Not liking Tarantino is one thing, but reasoning doesn't make sense. He has flaws a person but he doesn't hypersexualize women, they are normally the protagonist against horrible men, he loves the N-word but that's another story
My favorite 2004 movies are The Incredibles, Shreck 2, Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban, A Series of Unfortunate Events (the movie), Scooby Doo 2, and Spiderman 2
@@rahulneogy100 It would be nice if the person presenting had any clue what they were talking about or even seen the movies since they are the “expert” in this video format! 🤦🏻♂️
This Producer is Terrible, she picked Awful Movies from 2004. So many better Movies...Friday Night Lights, The Day After Tomorrow, Troy, Hotel Rwanda, Ray, The Notebook and The Cookout, just to name a few. Brutal Episode!!!
Totally don’t agree with the producer’s thoughts on Quentin Tarantino’s movies are targeted towards men. I’m a woman and I like 5 of the films I’ve seen of his. It shouldn’t matter what gender you are to watch certain type of films.
Right, the producer or host of this episode doesnt get the movies, or understand the movies, she just seems like she just wants to be in front of the camera
Yeah, the faces she makes when someone doesn't understand her clues. The actual cast members don't have the same connection with her. I usually have great fun playing along but not with this producer.
It was, I wish they would’ve given more information to them about what the movie was about. They made it sound like it’s a teen who didn’t get their way and is rebelling and having a tantrum
@@gigireads1716 yeaaaah, I was like "that's all?" And when they said it was basically every musical movie of the time, I was like "if you knew what happened, you wouldn't say that".
I saw that movie in theaters , there was an elderly lady in the theater with her grandchildren. She must have not known what kind of movie it was, thought for sure she'd drag the kids out, when that scene happened. She did not.
Also, as many critics pointed out at the time, almost no one eats McDonald's for every single meal every day, so what happened to his body is unlikely to happen to most people. Bonus observation: I KNOW FAST FOOD IS BAD FOR ME AND I DON'T CARE, IT TASTES GOOD
Anchorman is one of my favorite movies of all time! I used to be able to quote the entire movie. The only movie I love more is Animal House. My favorite type of humor 👌🏻 Also Prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite Harry Potter movie, with a special mention to Half-Blood Prince. I was always a year younger than the characters so I grew up with them. My entire room was covered in pictures of a Harry Potter from age 10 on, I was OBSESSED!!!!
I bought The Grudge and the first time I watched it was a huge mistake. House sitting for my ex when she and my son went to Florida. Out in the COUNTRY. Pitch dark, no streetlights. Freshly stoned, lights off, 2 a.m. I set myself up for the nightmares I had. The shower scene and even worse, peeking under the covers. Those two scenes took turns playing out every time I dozed off.
Raise Your Voice never gets the love it deserves! It’s got Kat Dennings and peak Oliver James as the love interest! Not to mention baby faced Jason Ritter and Three Days Grace!
My grandson has every single Spiderman movie. He was Spiderman three years in a row for Halloween. I have all the Bourne movies. I even liked The Bourne Legacy, with Jeremy Renner.
Wait a sec… u were talking about 2004 movies and u didn’t mention mean girls??? That seems like it should be a crime. Unless I missed it then I’m sorry
I'm old but I liked the Harry Potter movies. I bought the whole series for me and bought it again for my youngest granddaughter because she loves it! When I'd go to visit we would either watch one of the movies or, sometime over the course of the day, we would play Harry Potter. She invented this whole game where we would chase each other around. And she always had to be Harry Potter. And I always had to be he who must not be named. I'd make the face & use the voice. The only one who could pick his role was my youngest grandson and he always picked Ron. My granddaughter had one rule. No Avada Cadavera! She loved when she hit me with Wingardium Leviosa because I would pretend to float. My daughter would look out the window and see us chasing each other around with our twig wands and just shake her head. She told me 1 day that she couldn't figure out who was the biggest kid in the bunch. I took that as a compliment. Lol
2000s is an interesting decade in general for me when it comes to movies because by then I knew what kind of movies I'd be interested in and I started to become a lot more picky lol. So out of these movies, the only ones I saw were the Incredibles and HP, but HP is the only one I saw in theaters lol.
I saw Raise Your Voice, for the first time, when I was in the hospital for a car accident as well. One thing I learned is that you will never be able to sing with as high of a pitch, after being in the hospital with that tube down your throat. The one gal's parents did her dirty by denying Harry Potter, but allowing Twilight. Then, the guy calling the remakes, of the Japanese movies Ring (Ringu) and Ju-on, Korean made me laugh. XD
16:53 i have mixed feeling when james said "we should make some korean scary movies..." while the grudge (us) remake from japan... and i try to accept ✌🏼🙏🏼
The moment the poster for Raise Your Voice showed, I instantly pictured the accident scene (which honestly led me to telling people if they arent **trying** to be a safe driver then i dont want to be in a car with them), and then remembered the huge crush on Oliver James I got from this movie 😂
Im a Duff fan, ive seen and love Raise Your Voice. Ive seen almost all Hilary Duff movies and shows like her last 2 shows Younger and How I Met Your Father? I absolutly love her. I also had 2 of her music albums.
Fun fact: The Grudge is based on the Japanese film Ju-On: The Grudge, and in my opinion is better and scarier then the American version. I have seen both and I highly recommend the Japanese version if you like scary movies!
