The best target for Light Zarc is Chaos Emperor Dragon, probably. Place that in the pend zone to add a dragon that was banished for special summoning Zarc to hand.

11:24 this card is meant to destroy zarc so he puts himself in the scale so you can get his floodagte effect for synchro fusions and xyzs and his darklaw like effect

It also helps facilitate double ZARC pendulum scales to return ZARC to blow things up once more, heck of you can loop the new magician in and out of the zone it can provide banishing protection within the light and dark ZARC combo

For me, the supreme king gate magician takes the spotlight. You know it is a great card when 1 or 2 archetype combined in its name and searchable. The fact that its scale is 1 is totally convenient

I have a bad feeling they're gonna rename the card for that very reason. Because by calling it a "magician ", it's a target for pendulum call, time pendulumgraph, star pendulumgraph, and Wisdom-eye magicians switch-aroo eff. I will be incredibly surprised if the cards name keeps the "magician " part. Although, we already have like 2 other sorcerers so

Soul of the Supreme Celestial King has one singular caveat that makes it slightly more extra deck intensive: It cannot use the magicians. The magicians are only mats for Zarc when used via the Sorcerers, as they do their own weird thing, the printed materials for both Zarcs (which the trap has to use) are 4 Dragons , the magicians are spellcasters even if they are part of the "___ Dragon" archetypes.

Pendulum Magician is basically just the original native Z-ARC deck, you could just use that and run the shortcut traps and have a fairly basic Z-ARC Turbo deck. Trap decks like Dinomorphia and Labrynth also sometime run the trap that summons Z-ARC just because it's a big beater and they can get away with playing Skill Drain.

Yo dropping that Arc-V knowledge! Chad energy. Looking forward to labbing these. I need more pends in the game. Glad to see Superheavy Sams showing some representation. I feel like we’re getting closer to a state where pendulums aren’t overly broken or total dog sh!t. Rituals prove all you need is thoughtful card design and they went from being the summoning method nobody used to cover cards and meta definers.

Off topic: Yacine have you seen how a Red Resonator + Superheavy Samurai Prodigy Wakaushi can make a board of Saryuja Skull Dread, Baronne De Fleur, Spell Cancellor(to prevent Dark Ruler/Droplets), Last Warrior From Another Planet and Naturia Exterio?

Supreme King Gate Magician is it’s own combo. You’re summoning Z-Arc turn two easy with that and the last trap on the list.

Classic play: - Dragon Shrine Darkwurm into GY - SS Darkwurm using its effect - Darkwurm triggers, search Gate Zero (that or you could just skip all that with the new Quick-Play that searches the Gate by itself) - Place Gate Zero in Scale - Use Gate Magician's first effect to SS it. - Gate Magician's second effect triggers, add Soul of the Supreme Celestial King, which practically says "oh hey, I have anime Astrograph!"

What do you mean attacking every monster is bad? Zarc can beat ocer more over half of everything and special summon more monsters from both the deck AND extra deck!
