Cheers mate, it's an idea I adapted from other games RU-vidrs play :) I agree with all your points there, just haven't gotten around to doing another one, unfortunately. Also there's only one save file left, kinda been lacking people sending them in 😅

This is why it's a good idea to stock up on goods and build a solid foundation before spreading yourself wide. You could also maybe do some cheeky diplomacy and turn a major player against the others. Would love for you to send in a save if you'd like :)

I think it's probably necessary to do so to take your first region but after that, it's a safer idea to use them to supplement a world map army than be it :)

Nothing wrong with a bit of optimising but yeah, it's probably a bit overserviced in some aspects and underserviced in others. Seems like you have a good process going and I agree with it being a lot easier to remove unused services than quickly build needed ones :)

Sounds like a sick city, you should definitely have a go at rebuilding it :) Unfortunately, I will not be saving cities with mods.

What I like to do is to make an enclosure using stone fortifications and give it a single, gated entrance. Then I put all of my army supply depots there and the majority of my weapons storages. I put guardposts inside this enclosure and if it has room, usually I place my barracks in there as well. If you only have one of these it's probably a good idea to put the throne in it as well. What this does is keeps my capital garrison near all of the important materials and also lets me clearly see if anyone is making suspicious moves, since there's basically just a single place to look out for. If the guardposts have good coverage, then they should be able to detect thefts and arrest the suspects also. Not sure how effective all this is but it's certainly better than leaving everything out in the open and easily stolen :)
