You redstoners are still complaining about content farms? As for artists, there's literally a whole website (Pinterest) which is filled to the brim with reupload accounts that put even less effort (yes no kidding). Like people would just take your shit and reapload the same fooking image with no captions yet alone put in credits Jokes aside, the reaction farming/content farming is absolutely unhinged and is absolutely ridiculous we can't do ANYTHING about it but just cry out loud like this with miniscule hope it gets acknowledged and dealt with

This is why I dont release any of my command block builds (or at least not the super complicated ones), just so that it wont get stolen. I dont care how small of a chance it is, I'm not letting someone steal what I've spent tens of hours on and gets way more off it than I did with the original thing.

Redstone thieves are such scum and they also annoy me as a casual player who just wants to create a farm or door. Like Avogaado mentioned, the order in which they place blocks don't make any sense, often times making it hard to build in survival and I've caught a few editing out misplaced blocks too in the middle of the build. These people don't know how the thing they copied work at the most basic level. Thankfully for the most part, all branches of the redstone community often do a very good job at crediting others. Especially the door makers and technical minecrafters.

honestly, whenever I see a redstone video with just music and no verbal instruction, i’m automatically suspicious. plus it’s just harder to follow bc there’s no actual explanation of why anything works, so you can’t troubleshoot if you make a mistake. all you can do is hope to copy that one build exactly, but you haven’t actually learned how to use redstone in any meaningful way
