It's kinda crazy how this channel went full circle. It started with just him (and someone just out of frame), then it was 2 next to each other, next was 3 boys on the couches and now we're back to matt by himself again.
Man, this took me back to 2016 when this channel was called "Matthias". Obviously this is different but it feels so homely and cozy. Thank you for letting me relive my childhood Matt.

I think about this all the time. Seeing Luna and Atticus growing up makes me so happy. I feel the same about Leon Lushs son Jaxon. I remember when they were still pregnant and now little man's in like 1st/ 2nd grade

please make matt bring this channel back to fruition it was so good and still has so much potential he was getting millions of views even if you maybe turned it into something just tanner did if matt doesnt have time, but dope or nope is the best product review show ive ever seen not another one comes close to it
This channel this RU-vid family helped me in these young adult years. A authentic show I can watch when I’m having a hard time. Genuine people who truly want to entertain. The passion the love for the content kept me wanting more. Thank you for the years. I will always be Dope thanks to you guys!

Kinda sad watching this channel change like this.. I know everyone has to do their own thing and move forward in life. Just crazy, it was like watching your favorite tv show in 10x speed. I hope one day you can get some of the team together for a throwback episode. You were a comfort to many

Man, as a 45-year-old dude who absolutely loved the old-school Dope or Nope days and felt a bittersweet sadness when Michael and Tanner went😢 on to pursue their dreams elsewhere, I'm so glad to see you back. I'm really loving the new style of content; this feels like the natural progression of the concept but without falling in to the trap of continuing to make the same content until it just gets kind of sad. I for one will always be here for new DoN content! Please keep bringing back the old people when possible!

Man, i remember watching you in 2016-2019 since then ive had cancer 3 times my mom has passed and life is extremly diffrent than before. You remind me of an easier time.
I loved the old videos but I thought these new videos would feel empty without the crew but oh boy was i wrong. These new videos are fantastic and they feel like they have a lot better quality and way more personality. I’m a very un patient person but these videos make the wait for the videos way worth it.
My boyfriend and I were watching this, and when the stress-ball controller popped up we both nodded because we both have broken/nearly broken controllers from getting stumped repeatedly by bosses in video games XD

I love the irony of mocking Amazon for saying coasters were a choking hazard when the man said not 5 minutes prior a whole CONTROLLER could do the same thing.
The plastic buttons and other parts that can be swallowed and choked on can come off the controller. It's not likely, but it only takes that one time for an unlikely series of events to take places for things to go horribly wrong. Technically I get why the coaster also has the warning, the cork (or whatever is on the back) might be able to be pulled off in small enough pieces to swallow. But I get how on the surface the warning seems silly without realising what the back of the coaster is made of. The controller is obvious why it would be a choking hazard though.
@@wyterabitt2149 Valid. I just think it's funny/weird because using the small parts logic you could say a kid could choke on giant things like vehicles and buildings.
You always had that modern, clean aesthetic on lock in your videos ! You might never see this comment, but being a fan since the Internet Icon era, I have to say that you still have that spark in your videos that we rarely find on RU-vid. Glad you're still making videos on this platform. Even if I loved your sketches the most, any content you put out is absolutely marvelous ! Love you Matt and never change !
Dude, i just spent WAY too long trying to find this channel. it was lodged somewhere in my memories of watching youtube all day as a kid. its been a while and i’m graduating now. i’m glad your fun videos helped me get through a rough time in my childhood. peace

I'm still blown away by how much Matthias has grown over the years. I've been there since the beginning of his channel and it's been incredible to see how it's evolved. It's hard to put into words just how much the channel has achieved and how far it's come. Matthias, with every video you make, I just want to say thanks for the time and effort you put in. The production level is off the charts and it never fails to entertain me even after a decade!
Even though I miss Tanner and Woods a *lot*, I'm really glad Matt's back !! I love the way things are set up (tho I'd like some more music in the backgrounds, I feel awkward when it's too quiet 😅) and I'm really glad he's still inviting people to help him unbox stuff. I'm just loving this !!!

My life feels complete now that I have dope or nope videos to watch again, sure it’s not the same vibe as when I started with all the boys on the couch but it’s still nice and holds the quality after all this time, not to mention it’s like when it all started since it was originally just Mathis now where back to 1 on 1, it’s nice :) just glad to have it back….hopefully pls don’t leave again
Love the cinematic type view of the latest videos, the voice overs, the clean backgrounds, feels like matts talking to you and only you, the reviews and everything is so nice, its great to see matt back to his old self! the audio feels so sleek and the editing, everything is just great.
I’m not expecting anyone to see this I just want to write because I’m scared, my dad has a history of strokes and he was just brought to the hospital for slurred speech, a common sign of a stroke, I don’t think my family could survive without him. We are a Christian family and I have no doubt that he would go to heaven if he died but I am still scared if you see this please pray for him please
This channel is pretty much dead at this point. I still respect you trying to keep the channel alive, Matt. Honestly, i would start looking for a new host and bring back the old dope or nope. That's just my thoughts

After watching dope or nope for the past 8 years matt still amazes me to review products like back in his prime and with michael woods and tanner now with the new era of dope or nope the newer dope or nope videos feels different and also same too thank you so much matt for keeping the channel up and running love the ps5 products video my man ❤
My son has 3 of the BabyGlitch chew toys (yes, we call them that). He absolutely loves all three of them. We have a N64, Sega Genesis, and SNES. His favorite is the N64. I highly recommend them. They seem super high quality as well and the clip they come with works really well.

It’s crazy to think about how long it’s been, I remember stumbling onto your channel when it was just you and Bryan. I said “who is this guy?” And not gonna lie I kept scrolling. Then I kept seeing your thumbnails, so I watched a video, and then another and then another. Soon, you and your company had become a bigger part of my life than anything else before.
