Materials:
-2 sachets of dry yeast
-300 gr. lukewarm water
-270 gr. sunflower oil
-300 gr. strained yogurt 2%
-1 egg
-5 gr. machete
-1 vanillin
-1 pinch of salt
-150 gr. sugar
-200 gr. black currants
-1 kilo of flour
- Put the black currants in cold water for 30'.
- In a bowl, pour the dry yeast, the warm water, mix well with the wire, add the sunflower oil, the strained yogurt, 1 egg, the sugar, the machete, the vanillin and continue mixing.
-Add the flour, 1 pinch of salt and knead for 5' by hand.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size.
-Add the black raisins and knead.
-Grease our hands with oil and form balls of 100 g. each.
- Place the raisins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover them with a towel and leave them in a warm place until they double in size (about 30 minutes).
- Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20'.
