Norway does not have the Archer. Currently Sweden, Ukraine and UK has this system.

This was an issue early on, due to the system being used far more intensively than it was designed for, as well as there being inadequate maintenance. Both were totally understandable, in the circumstances. I gather these issues have been addressed, and the PZH is performing well, though Caesar and Archer (more modern platforms) seem to be preferred.
