Mikey Designs and Silk Screen Mighty Mario !!...like Mighty Mouse...the cartoon. He used to sing "Here I come to save the day" ...I loved it when I was a kid...I used to put on a red cape and jump off the sofa shouting "here I come to save the day" lol... Obviously you'll need to print him a shirt and make him wear it 😉 Looking forward to the tutorials Matt...thanks

Thanks! Wet on wet works well with higher mesh and simulated process printing.

What program did you use for these separations? Also, what durometer squeegees do you use for these high detail prints?

I manually separated them. Be sure to check out our videos on how to manually separate spot process. We just use a standard 70 durometer.

Question about the auto. Say there's a spot color job; white, flash, white, flash, color on top. Would you need THAT many flash stations or could you run the machine around multiple times to use that one flash, ignoring the white screen this time around? Or would you just run everything simulated process?

Great question. The Anatol has a cycles program. If we need to flash between colors, we put it in cycles, print the colors we want, let it rotate around, flash and then finish up. It also has step back mode in which you can print flash print white with one screen, but we use it for only that and not to print a white base twice to keep the screens from sticking.

i have some early 2000s vintage t shirts and when i feel over the print with my hand i can feel the texture. does this process have the same effect? ty
