This is so hilariously outdated. RU-vid doesn't care about the file name or tags. They use the algorithm to watch your video and analyze what it is about. Title is for the viewers. Description helps some to guide the algorithm. Thumbnail is where 80% of your views come from. If you are spending time on tags you might as well take a nap. It doesn't matter.

Tags are not very effective for small channels. However, it does help a little, but it might need months to get the audience who are really interested in your contents. But still, even the tags did help and suggested your videos to the right audience, but will the audience really gonna watch your videos? It depends, I guess.

Your video currently shows zero ranked tags and 40 SEO Score, but you have many views. It makes me think that tags aren't that important... Interestingly my latest video showed 12 ranked tags at the time of uploading, one hour later the number changed to 11, although I haven't changed anything. Similarly another video of mine had 7 ranked tags and 100 SEO Score at the time of uploading, but the ranked tags dropped to zero in one or two days. The number of ranked tags is a hidden miss for me, and it's confusing how they work. How do the number of ranked tags change when you don't change your tags??
