Can anyone explain the format of these triathlons? I thought swimming was always the first segment of the race to prevent the athletes of potentially drowning. Thanks!
I don't know either but I think it is an event with a different format or a special competition that alters the traditional order. Sometimes, at promotional events or for certain categories, they may change the format to make it more accessible or interesting.
