I was under the impression that mail in votes are counted after the poles have stopped. That's why the final vote may be different than the votes counted on the actual voting day. This is how it has been for as long as I can remember and my memory is very good.
Mail in votes, Military Votes from overseas, early voting before election day, Absentee votes, they are counted AFTER ALL election day votes ballots are counted first

If this election is full of fraud, as the allocations of the right put forth by various litigations, which they legally have the right to do, the result won't matter unless the truth comes out, proving fraud or no fraud, one way or another. Everybody's vote is disenfranchised if it turns out the fraud is more widespread than it already was as nobody can tell where it goes from here. Thus, the people's freedom of speech and their right to vote is in peril. As I read once, most on the right have become less concerned with outcome as they are the truth.
