McDavid’s goal reminds me of the goals Gretzky scored from those tight angles and once off of the goaltenders skate when shooting from behind the net (Gretz’s kitchen)
McDavid is a much more complete player...backchecks hard, incredible skater, takes and gives hits. If he had Gretzky's teammates, minds would be blown.

Epic performance from McDavid, and now Rogers Place is probably going to cause some serious hearing loss for an awful lot of people attending Game 6 on Friday night in Edmonton. The momentum of the series has definitely shifted, and Bobrovsky has to deliver a massive personal performance between the pipes next game in a very hostile building to swing it back in favour of the Panthers. Predicting here that Game 6 will probably feature tighter checking and need OT to be decided.

Yes Florida fans said before the series that Barkov will shut McDavid down the way he shut down Kucherov, Panarin and all the other teams stars. He looks lost now because McDavid is on another level than the rest of the league.
Leon honestly looks injured out there, not skating or protecting the puck like his usual self. You could see it in the Holloway goal he assisted in Game 4, he peeled away from the play as soon as he made the pass, and in Game 5 he was hurting going over the boards for line changes a few times. Hope the added rest helps, he's a beast when he's healthy in the Playoffs.
Edmonton, based on the team that i have watched rise in the playoffs the past 3 years, will be the Stanley Cup Champions. They started to fire on all cylinders at the right time . I hope Evander Kane gets healthy soon because he deserves to be there for the win. I am a Leafs fan but, Edmonton has been the only Canadian team left standing during the playoffs. They’ve put some incredibly hard work the past 2-3 years. If you’ve been watching them, this is the culmination of years of hard work, even when it didn’t look like they were gonna go anywhere. Each player on this team is the real deal, each is a threat to score a goal. The Stanley Cup is coming back to Canada and the Oilers will be victorious, 100% .
