These Zelda Games Are NEVER Coming to Nintendo Switch, but…. (Rant)

i competely agree with you because this is exactly how i feel too but i do see this happening on the next gen nintendo hardware with remakes in my honest opinion too and wind weaker is my favorite underrated legend of zelda game

They are never going to be released on the Switch in any format. I do not believe we will ever get any Gamecube games on Switch online. If they were (somehow) released on the Nintendo Switch, I agree with what you said, they will not be the Wii U versions but another remake of the original. There is no way that they will be released on the same cartridge. If they do come to the Switch I will not be buying them because I already have Wind Waker and Twilight Princess so why spend more money on something I already have? People need to stop talking about this stuff or else they will never get it.

I don't think you need to do that much changes for the Wii U version? y'know, since they originally came out on consoles without gamepads. Sure, it's a convenience, but that's about it.

I don’t think these games will be on Switch at all If Nintendo is smart they will put GameCube games on the NSO for the next Nintendo console We all know Nintendo is going to release a new console within the next 2 years so I can see Nintendo slowly slowing down what it releases on Switch and NSO

The HD versions do look/run great on Steam Deck OLED. The gamepad is a button press away. Motion controls work, and the resolution is insanely sharp. I'd have preferred of they were on the Switch, but it's Nintendo's fault they didn't re-re-release them. Maybe on Switch 2 or their online service, but I won't care. I have an excellent way to play them already.

People want what they want. I didn't care for most of Twilight Princess. I played the Wii version so some of it might have to do with the motion controls. Nintendo over charges for their remakes. I either skip them or wait until I can get them for a much better price.

Gonna be honest, I still get a bit upset when I play Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, knowing that Nintendo took out the GamePad functionality from the Wii U version so that it wouldn't be the superior version.

I swear these guys are pathetic, they cling to any cope presented to them to try to avoid the reality that they're just gonna have to buy a Wii U

2:06 Dude, Nintendo has ported over almost all of their games from the Wii U to Switch. The games that actually made use of the GamePad in neat ways. Nintendo doesn't care at all. There's a RU-vidr named Adam Koralik who said it best: "Nintendo treats the Wii U as a pantry and a garbage can, at the same time."

This time last year you could still buy Twilight & Wind on the Wii U store so people have only been without for around 9months! But sadly the more you leave it the more the price goes up as more and more people are realising modern day gaming sucks and Retro is the way to be happy! 😁

To be honest, I would like the oracle series and the original 2 as remakes.

I wouldn't be surprised if they came out with it as a release game for the switch 2, Y'know, to fill the Zelda gap for the release. Plus it'd show how much better the switch 2 looks

I think you're right about that, I don't think they're coming to the switch either. As much as I want it to happen so I can happily pay for those games...I know for a fact it ain't happening lol

It keeps being brought up because there is a demand for these games. I imagine Zelda as grown its fandom 3x over with BOTW and TOTK and now those new and old fans want to experience the classic titles of wind waker and TP. Also these games have not been available at least wind waker. They rereleased them on the WiiU which was an utter failure of a console. More time as passed from WiiU port release to now than the original game cube version to WiiU it’s not unreasonable for people too want this game and Nintendo quite frankly is being anti consumer with this crap give us the game. Also it will be insulting if Nintendo just puts these games on NSO and not give us the HD version.
