It’s the second biggest Greek airport. It’s very beautiful 🤩 with many options

Facts: 1) It has only one supermarket. The name of that supermarket is Masoutis. It is a supermarket chain ⛓️‍💥 from Thessaloniki. 2) It has two 2️⃣ terminals. The first terminal (the old one) is now only for flights outside the Schengen area, such as England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, Israel 🇮🇱, Turkey 🇹🇷, Cyprus 🇨🇾 etc. That one used to be the only terminal before it renovated. The second terminal (the new one) is for flights inside the Schengen area, such as Greece 🇬🇷, France 🇫🇷, Italy 🇮🇹, Germany 🇩🇪, Austria 🇦🇹, Sweden 🇸🇪, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, etc. These two terminals are connected with moving walkways. 3) It has more than one 1️⃣ parking 🅿️ lot. 4) More than one bus goes to and from this airport

The second largest airport in terms of traffic in Greece is Heraklion not SKG with 8,7 mil pax annually, and this year it will reach 9 million. When the new airport in Kastelli finishes its capacity will be twice the current one handles now. Plus, it will be a lot bigger than any other in Greece except ATH.
