Girl thanks I really needed to hear this me and my ex broke up a few days ago and we were together for almost 3 years he just felt like he needed to grow and in a way I felt like I honestly do too I did tried to contact him twice during these few days and all he did was block me and I’ve thought about it deeply yes I do feel sad about it yes it hurts but if he wants to focus and grow and self reflect on himself I’ll let it be relationships have their ups and downs but if it’s to a point where you stop each other from growing there is no point in being with them. If he came back to me right now id think about but truly why leave and comeback if you really wanted to “work on yourself” change takes time don’t hold onto the idea of “they are gonna change” yes people change but change takes time.
