@@shagunpanwar9386omgg i’m think it definitely comes down to growing up and losing your baby fat, that’s one of the biggest factors but i’ll give you some tips! i highly recommend facial lymphatic massages, i just find a quick short video on youtube and do them 2-3 times a week while doing my skincare. i heard gua shuas are really good, but i’ve never used them but will try them one day. every morning i glide ice on my face (in a paper towel, don’t directly put ice on your face) this helps reduce my morning puffiness and inflamed acne. i’m starting to research more about anti inflammatory meals/foods, it’s great for overall skin and body health. i also gym, do cardio and do pilates, to keep my health and blood circulation up! i’m struggling sm with acne and acne scars but we all start from somewhere, i’m in this journey with you!! i might do a makeup tutorial some time in the future :))
