A lot of people are pissed about him joking about depression. Well here's the thing - 1) He just repeated the same thing while laughing, because he spoke to the girl and she was joking. He asked her if she was okay (another reason to love him) and she replied, she said for the creepy purpose, so he joked back in this video. 2) He didn't intend to say that depression should be taken lightly, he said a lot of people are depressed (everyone has problems in their life, so sadness is justified) 3) If things go worse, you get into depression. "Some people can and some can't" - He said that implying that getting out of it can be tough for all, but it's you who choose if you can/can't. 4) Honestly, he's someone who didn't get through NEET twice and lives in our society. But still, he's so happy to go and lively on RU-vid, that shows that he has battled a lot of negativity like a pro, so he would definitely not take depression as a joke. Peace ✌
Yeah you are absolutely right. His intensions weren't wrong, I get that too. But you can understand, not everyone is same. Especially if any depressed person is by chance watching this, they won't dig deeper to analyse his intentions, it will just make them feel bad by that can and can't thing. We all get what you and he meant but what I mean to say is when it comes to mental illness, we need to be very very veryyy cautious about what to say and what not too, professionals say this, not me ! And the word * nothing new* is totally a big No for mental health sector. You can't say anything.. it makes an impact !!!

Yeah I agree. But some people use humour as a defense mechanism and I think that it's okay to joke about mental illnesses because it normalises them. However, I didn't really like the part where he said that everyone has depression because that's not true at all. Most people have experienced depression and some people have chronic depression. But it's not right to say that everyone has it.
Tarun, I suggest as an old Fan. DO NOT discuss medical and clinical issues if you are not fully aware of the subject matter. Being Depressed and Under depression are two different thing...One is a mental state and other one is a serious problem...Don't mix them up. To correct you, Not everyone is depressed and can't just Deal or Not deal with Depression. Besides that, Great Video bud. I agree. Besides the term 'depression' is commonly used to describe sadness these days.....sadness is a fleeting emotion while the depression is a serious disorder.
depression tarun talked about was work stress and anxiety ( seriously people really thinks this is what depression means) and depression he/she was about mental health disorder which is farrrr more serious... you are right he shouldn't t have talk about it
Honestly Tarun that depression part , i believe you should just delete it. You don't know who is gonna take that seriously and maybe just spill it on their social media and everything could go against you. Even though u never meant anything wrong , it could backfire.
Some people enjoy dark humor and yeah we exist... I oppose the idea of deleting it as it was funny and if someone takes it seriously, u are dumb not depressed
@@soulstice33 Its not dumb, its called having a different sense of humor and OP is not saying that dark humor is bad or that what he said is insensitive, its just some people could cut that part out and resurface it to turn people against him. Most people would go along with it without doing much research because no one has time for that so yeah, its just a warning.

Or ek saal mein *sirf* 5-10 bache marne ko itni badi baat bana di h . Itne suicide koi ek normal city mein bhi ho jate h students ke .

@@sujyotighosh7581 i know it is precious . But blaming kota for that is absolutely wrong . It can happen anywhere and mostly parents are responsible for the suicide due to study pressure . They expect way more than the calibre of child which leads to such steps . I have personally seen such parents but thankfully my parents understood my potential and didn't put unnecessary burden of what i am not able to achieve . But some do and that leads to suicide so kota is nothing to be blamed at. They will do it anywhere they go whether it is kota or delhi or any other city

Just wanted 2 say if anybody is dealing with depression of any form, whether just an intense amount of grief or full blown clinical depression, u should always try seeking help. mental health is as important as physical health. if u seek help, whether professional or unprofessional for any mental health issues, it doesn't imply u r weak or incapable of being strong and confident. I used to suffer from clinical depression when i was 15, i seeked professional help (therapy for a year) and it worked wonders for me. I wouldn't be much stronger and confident today if i didn't seek help. Anybody who is suffering from any mental health issue, pls know that you aren't weak, looking for too much attention or a terrible person. It's okay not to be okay.

No not everyone is depressed sir.. please stop making it a normal thing..and the only difference isn't CAN and CAN'T !!! Don't use words like *it's nothing new* in front of a depressed people, it's a bad trigger for one or demotivation for some. Such words can make or break the help they are trying to seek. Not only I say this, many clinical psychologist and psychiatrist (a doctor) have channels who educate people to what to say and what not to say for depressed people.. It's okay if you don't know, but don't *generalise* such statements for everyone publicly. Please !!!
