So... Yeah. It's kind of de-motivational to get banned for making content that tons of people say has made their day. Again, don't get mad at Against Gravity, I understand they don't want a nametag like that.
I was banned once for testing and reporting an exploit (which they still haven't fixed). They are wayyyyy to ban happy. Doesn't make me trust them very much.
@@StarCenturion yeah i know he said i was one banned for testing the exploit. and then they reported it testing or using a exploit is againts tos or code of conduct
@@realwalterwhite1812 Sorry, this conversation is 2 years old. I don't know what they did but I think today they wouldn't have been banned if they reported the issue. We're trying to be more reasonable.
That is very unfortunate. I agree that a warning would have been the best way to have handled this. Hopefully it was all a misunderstanding on the part of the moderation team. Does this mean you are going to end the RecBot series again, or are you going to contact the moderators to ask for clarification/keep going once the ban ends?
Yeah, I guess. I just still wish they had contacted me about it first, because they generated a random new @ name for the account which is pretty weird. I'll probably just switch back to doing rec bot on my circuitlord account I guess, if I do decide to keep making rr content
My big problem with the banning system is that they don’t give warnings if it said in a time out like this is a warning not a ban it would be a lot better
Honestly I think that they shud be fine with ppl saying they are devs bc they pay devs... So it just seems like they make more money if they do that but... Idc.... Keep up the amazing work 👍
Dude. Rec Bot is the Rec Room’s Discord Bot. Please do not impersonate bots developed by Against Gravity. Or we will permanently ban you. Thank you for your time.
