Pls who ever renders a service in church or any other place should be paid. Otherwise how does that worker takes care of himself. Every pastor should be paid an agreed amount. Pastors should lead by example. When you have pastors staying in their office and not joining the service and only coming up when it is time to preach ...isn't that hypocrisy Why are they not part of church service from the beginning??? It's easy to bash on bad behaviour of musicians but we will glorify pastors bad behaviour and a disrespect to God's house. So lead by example and there will be order in the house of God.

The big issue is this they the music ministers no longer sits down to be taught the word nor fellowship with there brethren but always on the move from church to church translating into monetary earnings, chasing firms and shadows of ungodly system consciously and unconsciously. Who pays the church cleaners, sound engineers, maintenance team, etc, who made music ministry above others this was never so in the old testament nor in the new testament which is what be should followed. No ascept of the ministry is above the preaching and teaching of the gospel. Alot of Unbelievers enjoys learning and songing but never brought salvation to them, it's in the preaching and teaching of the word of God. The book of acts explained and sets an example. Stephen used his ministry of administrating to the need of the brethren to preaching and teaching the gospel he was full of the spirit and perform at same level as the apostle not being restricted.
