It is easy to miss in the music video because it comes in right after the part where they are messing with the crowd mimicking them, but Eminem start his verse out with "I've got a couple of mansion, still I don't have any manners." Always loved that double. He is rich and lives in a mansion/manor, but he doesn't have rich people manners, he is real and savage and won't be polite to kiss someone's ass, he will speak his mind. Great stuff, keep up the eminem reactions man!

You’re seeing it from a point of view that took some of us 5 times to hear and even be told. Like about the song structure.. the drums.. the offbeat.. the bells . You get it and watching your appreciation for the work put into the track is a breathe of fresh air. RESPECT!!!

Revival was and is a classic. Possibly his most personally invested album. Reminded me a lot of the rap put out in the 90s. Pure Hip-Hop style

The symbology of all the clones copying everything that they do is hidden until they start goofing off and reveal it. That's amazing concept work to accompany a banger of a song. Representing the fact that they set the tone and blaze the trail for what everyone else does in the game.

Loved this reaction! Super entertaining! Not Alike or Fall from the same album would be great to get your take on. It’d also be really interesting to get your take on a couple of tracks from Revival (the album that got ‘trashed’). I’m not a big fan of some of it but there are a few tracks that I think are some of Em’s best writing. Eg Castle and Arose (you need to do these together - you’ll see why if you react to them). Walk on Water is another great track where he literally poured his feelings out - only for people to say it was awful. I think a lot of people’s issue with Revival Is the ‘bland’ production at times and the fact there are a lot of mainstream ‘pop’ centred features on the hooks eg Beyone, Pink, Ed Sheeran etc. Really excited for your Em journey!

Now Eminem has to change to sort to fit in or remold the landscape to his liking. Revival did have a 4 year span between albums. Just like Relapse didn't hit as hard with his accents and whatever else they say. That had a 5 year difference between albums. So he could have lost a little touch so I think he's doing a bit of both. Reshaping and conforming. He's bringing and pushing along the new artists like Cordae, Jack Harlow, Grip, Polo G, and Mozzy while still filling his lyricism shoes with Royce and Dre tracks. One thing is for sure, Eminem will never fall off.

Your thoughts as an MC and producer would be really interesting. Your reaction to Walk on Water would be great, Em essentially bared his soul on that track, all his insecurities etc and it got sh*t on! I really liked it.
