In today’s home vlog we start with Jackson showing you his new favorite toys! He loves his pony and his bouncy puppy so much! Then we head out for a Target run, where we just have some fun shopping around and pick up a few things. Of course, we had to get some prehistoric sea monster eggs! Next we head to Lowe’s to look for a new wall oven, because our house was possibly hit by lightning the other day and now our oven and other appliances don’t work. Lol, love that for us! We didn’t end up finding an oven on this trip so we’ll have to continue that journey in another vlog. Let us know if you have a wall oven that you love, we would love some suggestions! Then we head home and start another journey, a prehistoric sea monster journey! We get our little aquarium ready for our trip eggs to hatch. Your oven should be on a separate line with no other appliances. Major appliances are 220 and code requires each have their own line and breaker. Get an electrician to check the breaker, test the line, then the oven. Also, if it was a lightning strike, your homeowners insurance will cover some of the costs.

Oh my goodness this was the best home vlog you both have done in a while and we have watched you for years. It was entertaining, comical and you can feel you both being so much more relaxed when vlogging. It’s just different and you can feel it in the content. Keep it up and just do you because it shines through your content vs trying to walk on eggshells to please all the haters who cares they will always have something to say no matter what. For the new oven, I recommend doing some research on features and reliability. Also, perhaps take a look at a local, independently owned appliance store. The quality of appliances from those types of stores are generally better than from the home improvement stores, even from the same manufacturer.

I feel your pain. I've been looking for a new wall mounted oven for the last year. My old oven is original to the house and that puts it to 40 years old. They are scarce. Look to Amazon and check your local and outlets. That's what we're trying. Good luck.

Best Buy has a good selection of ovens that you can look at in person because they use pacific appliance. We have a Thermador with the microwave on top and oven on bottom and don’t have any complaints. We got it in an open box deal

You better order it soon. I don't know about delivery times in the States but here in Canada they are backlogged and taking longer to be delivered. We are going to renovate our kitchen and we are going to order our appliances very soon so we don't have to wait long.

Jackson has been extra adorable lately! From seeing his amazed expression at going on some of the indoor rides to being hyped for the fan aisle at Lowe’s! I’m also seriously looking forward to seeing what happens with your sea monsters. No recommendations for ovens, but have you tried out your air fryer at all yet? Since we got ours we seriously use it on a daily basis. It’s so incredible for heating up leftovers (everything is so crispy) and making side dishes. Something super easy to try out in it is potato wedges or carrot sticks. Pretty sure you can cook anything in there though, from cakes to steak!

Hello Tracker family, I'm a licensed cottage food kitchen and all my appliances are The GE Cafe line. I love this brand. I wanted the GE Monogram line but I couldn't afford it. I do have the WiFi feature but honestly I've never had the need for it. The convection oven took my baked goods to a new level and I use it almost daily. It handles the demand like a champ.

Love the video! We have a Samsung oven and honestly the wifi connectivity is kinda useless lol but the only benefit is if you somehow forget to turn off the oven and are away from it... you can turn it off and don’t have to panic!

You should check out an appliance specific store or go to Best Buy. They usually have more built in options. Home Depot and Lowe’s usually have less built ins on display.

Call FPL and get Surge Shield. It's a device that they install on your meter for when you have a power surge, it helps protect your appliances and electronics. It also gives you replacement coverage. It's about $10 a month for it, but so worth it. I learned about it the hard way like you guys.

We did an addition to our house a few years ago and added a lightning arrester to our electrical panel. I lost a router and cable modem a few months before we did the house and didn't want to have that replacement cost again. Fairly inexpensive to add. Also, since the addition has a new kitchen, take a look at the oven we got, a GE with French-door style doors. Yes, very expensive, but way better oven than I've ever used in my life. No reaching over a hot oven door anymore. You might want to look for an appliance store instead of the Lowes/Home depot places. Much better choices at those kind of places.

We have the Samsung ovens, they are available in stainless steel. We use the wifi, it tells you when the preheat is finished and if you’re using the thermometer feature you can see the internal temp.

We bought all new GE Profile Appliances in June, 2019. Ours is the same as yours...Built into the wall...Microwave on Top and Oven on bottom. We went with the Convection/Microwave Option on top and the Convection Oven/Regular Oven on the bottom. Oven has 3 racks which is really nice! I have no complaints about either. Initially we started looking at Lowes and Home Depot...and I think we had only 1 option to look at, at the time. Went online and found a local appliance store that carried everything. Even though we measured everything...they still thought it was best to come out and check prior to ordering...as once you did, if they didn't fit, you were stuck with them. For the little bit it cost, we had them deliver and install everything. They received the initial delivery, checked everything, then scheduled one day for delivery and install and took out all the old appliances. Have had no problems with anything so far. I'm happy!

Good afternoon Tracker family!!! Such an amazing video yet again and the buddy continues to steal the spotlight every time! We have a Frigidaire oven and microwave but they’re separate due to the kitchen setup. The oven has buttons on the front to make it easier for me to operate. Oh and by the way I got my first vaccine dose today!! Didn’t even feel anything. One step closer!!!

Oh my! Should you have an electrician check out your house since so many items were damaged? We have FPL in Titusville and they have the SurgeShield that attaches a state-of-the-art surge protector directly at your electric meter to help protect your appliances from power surges through your electric meter. You might have something similar with OUC.

Just got to say that you’ve posted the best Orlando content throughout the pandemic. The production, content and personality of your blogs really show how a RU-vid channel should be run. You’ve been influential in our vacation planning. We plan to return to Orlando next year (2 vacations postponed because of COVID) and will be going on Disney Cruise Line and staying at the Astoria. Yes, this vacation is a Big Bang! We wouldn’t be doing the cruise or staying at the Astoria without your vlogs. We think you’re a great family. The recent vlogs have made us laugh out loud.
