I served as a Police Constable for 30 years. I have attended a number of “bailiff” incidents. As part of my training learned that in a situation like this, I was there purely to prevent/stop a breach of the peace. Believe it or not, if asked if I was a constable, I could produce my warrant card to prove the fact that I was! I was not there to take sides. If a bailiff wanted to enter a property, they were informed that without the permission of the occupiers they were NOT allowed in. In fact if they tried to force entry, THEY would be arrested. I retired in 1999, and am so glad I’m out. I would not want to be associated with the shower of incompetents that most of them seem to be now!

I'm "ok", albeit shaken AND stirred further into standing up against all these shenanigans! Thanks to all for the love and support in the comments on that livestream. Masses of thanks to Richard and our good friends for turning up and supporting us in our time of need. I am truly blessed! 💚💙💜

As a funeral director who worked for the coroner alongside police officers for seven years, i have totally lost all respect i had for them, in fact the police disgust me, they are criminals in uniform. They ought to stick to protecting government criminals and frankly leave the public alone, they only police by consent and i do not give consent for them to police me, they disgust me

I was a mini cab driver for over 10 years. One of the firms regular customers was an elderly solicitor. We would chat about many things during the course of our various drives. He said that if your ever being interviewed by the Police one of the first questions you should ask them is: _Are you a Freemason?_ They will get very defensive if you ask this and usually will reply with something like: _Why are you asking?_ Then you should ask them if they have sworn any oaths during any Freemason ceremony and do any of those oaths have any impact on their Police work.

That copper was very uncomfortable once he realised he was on camera. They can give it but they can’t take it. What about the dim wit standing behind him with her hands resting inside the body protector? It’s like watching kids in a playground!

When I was a teenager (40 years ago) I really wanted to be a cop. They did good, they helped us, we all respected them. Now I despise them, over the last 20 years I have seen so many of them repeatedly lie, bully, assault, break the law and be political pawns. Willingly and without remorse. And it's not just the UK, I've also seen it all over Australia and New Zealand as well. Very sad, they are destroying their own country.

The police need to be educated as it seems they have no clue.I do not understand why I have to pay for thugs impersonating police constables. It’s really shocking to hear how ignorant they are. Well done for having the courage to expose this.

Note the POLICE did not answer your questions about being a Constable. Police Constables also work for the Crown, not the people. It's the Crown / King who swears to uphold the rights and customs of the people. Also it's REALLY important to ask each of the Police Constables to show you their warrant card. Ask three times and then if they're still not willing you can then simply tell them they are now impersonating a constable which is a criminal offence punishable upon conviction by a prison sentence of (I think) 14 years. Well done Julia and Richard for standing your ground!

Decades ago when I was still a serving officer I had no problems with my course of action in these circumstances, I never once had a bailiff with a forced power of entry Warrant, almost never with the correct paperwork, I simply prevented a breach of the peace by sending the bailiffs on their way..never was it my duty to facilitate them in these cases

the name of their firm is called "HIGH COURT BALIFFS". Scammers.

I am always amazed to find out that a judge who cannot just enter ones property can 'authorize' by way of his/her signature can??? And when there is no signature gives the document even more 'authority' to do so??? What a world we live in!!! Good on you Julia for standing your ground, i hope that your x helped. That’s aggravated trespass. With an assault claim surely? That police officer needs reporting. I hope you took their shoulder numbers as they failed to answer your questions & act in a manner that stopped Julia from becoming alarmed & distressed. As for the bailiff they need to show ID. If they don’t identify themselves they’re committing a crime.

This I believe, is why there are no Police Constables serving the public any more. The money, paid by Council Tax, is paid to a Corporation, and the Police now serve as an enforcement arm for these matters on behalf of the Corporations. Perhaps this is another justification for refusing to pay Council Tax unless they stop acting in accordance with these Bailiffs?

The police are a disgrace aiding and abetting with these criminal enforcers. They will be held personally accountable 🙏pleased Julia is ok. X

I've had bailiffs come, I just keep the door shut, tell them it's a civil matter and they leave me alone eventually, sometimes after trying the doors to try and gain access, but I keep them locked

A friend of mine a now retired majistrate, told me quite seriously that in all her years on the Bench, she met very few honest policemen.

Bully boys and their aides. People have no clue who have a legal standing and who don't I was a victim of one of these 'enforcement officers' and lost £8000 that I will never be able to get back and, all because I was scared of being taken to court. Turns out it was just a debt collector who had no right to take my money as they had simply bought my debt. I should have just thanked them but instead was bullied into paying up. I am wiser now!

Wouldn’t it be great,if the police helped the people, instead of immediately siding with the bailiffs, but as we have seen with the two tier policing at protests recently

From what I observed, the first policeman's body language spoke volumns. Please protect that footage because I don't believe those were sworn policemen.

case law = Green v Batram (1830) This case established that a debtor can lawfully use reasonable force to remove a bailiff without a levy who has refused to leave. If the bailiff resists, they are the ones guilty of a breach of the peace Police should have arrested bailiffs to prevent breach of the peace , High court bailiffs are legally allowed to force entry to trade or business places BUT NOT residential homes therefore it will be "criminal trespass" as the action has been taken = criminal trespass (aggravate trespass if the action has NOT taken place... BOTH are ""criminal offence"" ) BUT the kicker here is they are not High court bailiffs , 🤷‍♂ if they were legal ,, they would have a document form EX97A with them = risk assessment signed by the "complainant" for the debt which they (1/3 party) do not have , which must be sent to courts 3 days before execution of warrant if they claim they have a warrant on their Ipad , it is then a copy , a warrant cannot be copied it is ""uttering"= s.3 ,,copy of false instrument If a said bailiff ,,causes disturbance , but does not make a threat ,it is not unreasonable for a PC to NOT intervene case :- Bibby v Constable of Essex (2000)

People need to start having local meetings to discuss the issues people have that need addressing before these authorities get involved...if people don't start helping one another then this will get worse...it could happen to anyone.

A big problem is that the police generally have no idea how to act lawfully. They are obviously not trained properly and are ignorant. Despite swearing an oath they don't take it seriously, it's just viewed as some archaic formality. In fact they are not constables any more and their oath is to the crown, not the people. Because they represent authority, they side with the bailiffs who they perceive as other arms of authority. The whole ethos is the protection of the corporate state as top priority. Their mindset is not one of protectors of men and women. This cultural behaviour is set from the highest levels and must either change or the police be replaced by a new peace keeping service on behalf of the people.

The police can sometimes help a bailiff do their job. This is only allowed if: The bailiff is enforcing a High Court writ of control. The bailiff applied to the court for a warrant to force entry, and the court agreed the police can attend.

The smugness and arrogance of these public servants is at least incredible. We, the people, as far as I know pay their salaries. I'm disgusted. These clowns obviously have to learn again how to serve the people accordingly to their oath.

Can someone tell me why they put their hands inside their stab vests like that? Especially the lady cop..it cant be comfortable. Must be training..so why. Do they have a small baton they can draw quickly from there that cant be taken from them easily. Is it to intimidate us in some way. Never done in the past, now always. I remember when they were clean, suits and ties, shining shoes, no tattoos etc. I am only 40

So they can spare several so called police officers to assist the bailiffs and yet I cannot recall the last time I saw a constable on the beat. Yet another example of what so wrong in this twisted world.

Those police seemed to be getting a kick out of things smiling & laughing in Richards video. Police are no longer here to serve & protect, as here in AMERICA police have become gang members with badges & guns usually extorting money out of citizens or taking away our constitutional rights. When police are allowed to lie to citizens & those lies stand up in court that just proves how rotten & corrupt the justice system has become, that leaves the door open for citizens handing out vigilante justice. If the justice system keeps failing vigilante justice is exactly what will happen.

Here is the full text of the Police Declaration:"I, [name], do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the King in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence, and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will, to the best of my skill and knowledge, discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law." They recite this when they are sworn in.

Some years ago that happened to my daughter they clamped her car on her private driveway which they are not allowed to do and she stopped them by jumping into the car preventing them from lifting it. The problem is these people working as Enforcement agents are debt collectors who have no Lawful powers. So you really need to know how to deal with them and you really do not want the treasonous police constables getting involved because they do not understand the Law they do not respect decisions made In our high courts they don't even understand the difference between being a Constable and being an officer. On this platform, there is an interview with a senior member of the Judiciary the late Master of the Rolls Lord Bingham in which he states, if someone owes a debt we do not send around thugs to extract the money. He was obviously living in his sacred tower out of touch with what the people are going through. Sorry to see this happened to Julia if she was assaulted then that is a criminal matter and you have to report it to the police. You can also take out a tort against those responsible and the CEO of the debt-collecting company. This makes my blood boil and we need mass non resistance to stop it and turn it around.

All I can say thank goodness Northern Ireland doesn't have bailiffs or enforcement officers. This goes back to when my country went down the road of murder and intimidation from the early seventies. Back then any bailiff or enforcement officer, who came knocking on any door, would've been killed by the Paramilitaries from both sides. We have a system known as the Enforcement of Judgements Office, it's part of our judiciary system, works very well here.

Somebody needs to follow through with finding out who sent the police (authorised them to attend), they are liable for this action.

They only ever come with a "notice" and not a signed "warrant"

1 the cops don't like to have their duty pointed out to them 2. They are there to keep the peace.. usually any aggression usually comes from the subject as they don't like being the target of these ppl and so it appears that the police are helping the bailiffs. 3. The bailiffs only need to identify who they are and any other information to the subject. 4. They probably didn't know whose car was Who's. An overall tricky situation.

I know you will support each other & receive lots of love & support from many but no one should be faced with this situation. I have net you several times at events and I do not pay council tax or utility bills. I'm 81 years young, live alone & the one bailiff who turned up on my door was met by my visiting son. I had just left & he dealt with the intruder magnificently. I have since received a 'court' summons, no name, no signature for an appearance at Portsmouth Crown court in June. I have witnessed one such fraudulent case where 'rat catcher'Rob tried to make a citizen's arrest of the fake judge. He was manhandled by security men & bundled away. I've put a notice on Winchester C C & current bailiffs knowing they are acting unlawfully. There is still a slight fear but I will not back down after two years of work to own my sovereignty,; I won't be able to live with myself if I caved in now. Keep the faith and big hugs to you all.

David Austin is absolutely correct. I also was a police officer. Officers often are requested to attend, purely to prevent a breach of the peace. The initial police contact with Mr. Vobes was adversarial from the outset. In his defence, I would suggest that the officer was aggitated by the appearance of third parties. The complexion of these incidents is often governed by a calm, polite and knowledgable bailiff (and police officers). In the absence of curtesy and common sense, I'm afraid the outcome often offends someone.

The fact that The Lovely Julia ended up with a bloodied nose and a split lip, is quite inexcusable and raises the blood pressure in a guy. These tough fellows should pick on someone their own size, or heaven forbid, a bigger one. Upsetting doesn't even describe it!
