Africa has population and can become a manufacturing production start to finish producer of raw materials . Oil , Gas, Lithium, gold , silver, bauxite , copper, etc, agriculture, medicine Train expertise in engineering, science, IT technology, nuclear power , nu forms of energy. Inter continent Trade create institutions that place Pan African unity protection development above all else and trade with foreign partners with respect and not exploitation

They helped a lot of Southern African countries both economically and militarily yet they don't even run a single mine in those countries. During the Berlin Conference, the Russians refused to colonize any country in Africa. They might misbehave here and there, but overall they are the best country Africa can partner with based on our past relationship.

Russia has armed the Sahel alliance with air defense ballistic missiles and drones. Putin has visa free travel for Africans and citizenship for those who are interested in military jobs, grain and trade deals that build infrastructure and power. Who does this benefit More ? Africa or Russia? The military gain on both fronts would be great, not just Africans but all black people should support Russia in its moves of military alliance with these Continent.
