YG should get into making variety shows. The production of this episode is great and I’m literally on the edge of seat wanting to know what happens next. YG holding me hostage until I can see that performance next week. They know how to keep us coming back for more.

I pray for both pharita and chiquita to get in. It seem pretty hard to get two thai girls in same group. But they are such a unique character. One is playful and lively. One is quiet and grace. It would be a good blend.

they’ll debut as 7 for sure, this show is just about evaluation,there is no voting from fans and selected staffs just like YGTB. I think this show is just to showcase their talents and their journey every monthly evaluation

I dont think they showed Ruka less than the other two because they dont like her or anything but Maybe because it's the vocal mission so it's obviously more focused on the vocalists !! Since There is a vocal mission, there is obviously going to be a rap mission. And we will definitely have more screen time for Ruka in this mission. That's my point of view

Good thing a lot of people in the comment section got why YG didn't show more of Ruka's rap practice. Long time YG stans really know how YG does things when their preparing a group for debut. So many people love to villain-ize YG and so many people think they can do it or decide better than YG. I mean, the guy has produced more ICONS than I can count, apart from being an ICON himself. The fact that we are all following Baby Monsters and are very invested on their debut, proves that the YG Strategy is working the way they intend it to.

I just realise that YG make a better variety show than Mnet and the important thing is the editor doesn't treat them dirty or make an 'evil edit' but still never fail to make the audience pissed off😭🤣 learning from YGTB, I shouldn't too invested to this cause this is gonna be stressfull from the next episode until the official debut teaser come out 🥲 Anw, so glad to see u back. Pharita is already phenomenal when it comes to her vocals. I am curious how ahyeon and ruka sound in the next ep. I am more interested in listening to ruka's rap part as it was originally not a part of the song 'gone'. Damn it yg for leaving us with a cliffhanger! I think Ruka's strongest part is her dance She slays when she dance her move are clear and very Polished then other members like Lisa and Very importantly I think Baby Monster will be OT7 in the end for sure 🤞

No, I think they are keeping Ruka's part a secret for the next episode to build up suspence because it's the only new part in the song fans don't know.

I wanted see bit more of Ruka practicing her rap and her struggles. I hope she gets more screen time in next Ep or it will be disappointing. Also after seeing them having hard time covering gone really puts Rosie into another perspective. How she killed that song. That part at the end of the chorus is really very hard. It literally requires to transition through different vocal registers so quickly and while using bit falsetto.

I think ruka feels like a “side character” here because it’s a vocal mission and she’s not a vocal. She gets her own little rap yes, but the mission is about vocals. There’s going to obviously being other missions after both teams do their vocal mission. Ruka will most likely be focused on more when the mission is about rap or dance. Ahyeon and pharita are not only vocals, but have the two biggest voices of the group. So it’s easy to focus on them more because they are actually doing the vocals for the vocal challenge.

I think Ruka was featured less because as her rap part would not be compared to Rose's singing so there was less issue and definitely less suspense compared to having the two vocalist that will be compared to Rosie's voice...and that part is damn tough- even Rosie often skip it live or elongate the part with melody changes.

I think it's because this is a vocal mission and gone is a song without rap ofc they will focus more on vocal line while ruka will be rapping. I mean there's a lot of way to think positively than assuming it in negative way.. and i hope all of them debut

I have a spoiler: First they are gonna debut as 7, no matter what, because this last evaluation was from the time when Jennie had orange colored hair, during the photoshoot for BORN PINK album covers. If YG had the intention of not debuting them as 7, he wouldn't have wasted his time on introducing them all, cause the ones who weren't selected for debut was already blurred out from the members introduction video. I think after this group mission they will have the last of the last individual mission and it's going to be long journey as Jisoo will debut at the end of March. Plus YG did a good job in giving lots of contents with Baemon as people always complain about YG didn't treat their artist properly because of the lacks of the content.

Jennie is confident on stage, a little sultry and has that fatal charming energy but offstage, Jen is a very self-kept and quiet person. Ahyeon seems to be chaotic and confident and outspoken in every aspect be it offstage or onstage.

There has always been one for the boy groups under YG ever since Bigbang and they have been even more brutal.
