For me, Halazia was Yeosang's song. He really stood out then. He had always been an amazing dancer. It's just a lot of people don't see him popping off a lot. If you watch his fancams you'll see that he NEVER lacks.

Hongjoong laughs on a lot of tracks. If it wouldn’t suit the song at all he doesn’t but he has various types of laughs depending on the song. It’s his rap tag essentially like Mingis Fix On. I’ve noticed Yeosang excels at floor work in choreo like every time he has it.
this MV was shot in the beautiful desert of Morocco using free sets, as a Moroccan Atiny I feel so proud, they started as pirates here and they came back this year as the first kpop group to perform at the Mawazine festival.

Treasure and Precious are connected by the lyrics, the meaning of the song, and even the choreography (the beginning of Treasure choreo is the ending of Precious). So much lore in these 2 songs, like how genius they are??? Treasure+Precious performance are one of my favorite performance of ALL TIME. Yeah, it’s this one video and treasure they were all sent to Morocco because they tried to save money and they wanted to make it outside in the environment less money to spend and I think they both came out fantastic, especially treasure because of the scenery, the sky, the sand dunes, and the backdrop is so beautiful check out treasure if you have it because that Was filmed in Morocco too, and it’s beautiful

Thanks for another great reaction! There’s definitely plenty of songs with Joong’s softer raps. I would suggest going through their albums starting from the beginning cuz there are SOOO many great bsides to hear. For me there is not a single Ateez song that I don’t like, and I’ve listened to every single one (probably each at least 10 times lol). Definitely check out their relay dances as well…so fun!! They have a wonderland relay called gap crush that is so hilarious and really shows their crazy duality. I’m loving your journey with Ateez so far! ❤️

The KQ CEO used his own money to send Ateez to LA before debut for dance training at Millennium Dance studio. They trained for a month and then went back and filmed the KQFellaz dance videos you watched. They filmed a reality show during that, also named KQ Fellaz. It's on yt, there are about 20 mini episodes (3-5 minutes each). The next show is called Code Name is Ateez (slightly longer), and part of that is them hearing Pirate King for the first time, the rappers writing their parts, recording, and learning/creating the choreo. The third show would be Ateez The Record, it's pre-debut/debut, and it's basically behind the scenes the earlier music videos.
Little details in the choreo that i love: In the parts before the chorus, they paint the picture of a ship as they all reach out to one side. In the second chorus they all paint the picture of a ship again with Hongjoong in the front steering the boat (captain performing captain duties) and the members in the very back looking like they're waving flags. Even the back and forth motion they do kinda reminds me of ships swaying left and right on the sea. Everything about the song and choreo just screams "pirate" and I love it. Funnily enought they're pirates but we never once see them on a ship in the ocean.💀💀 (p.s. Yeosang is the best at floor work and footwork in general. I wish KQ would give him more opportunities to show it off cause he's genuinely so good)
Pretty sure the “ooo oh weee oh” is a combination of Yunho, Seonghwa and Yeosang. KQ was broke during debut and Ateez had/has a bigger international following. They sold out a world tour 6 months after debut. Granted they were smaller venues, but what Rookies from an unknown company can say the same? For the longest time, I thought Yeosang was wearing a BTS hoodie, which made sense to me, because he came from Big Hit to KQ.

Halazia is the obvious answer as Yeosang's song. He shines so much in that era, but I will say Horizon is by far a close second. I recommend watching the dance practice (there's no MV) so you can get the full Winnie the Pooh experience 💀
He also use his own money to send all of them to California to a dance studio so they could get really good on their dance and synchronization as you can see it paid off
also as we're getting closer to halloween, you should watch the zombie performance of this! they have some other halloweeny stuff too, like the black cat nero, and the deja vu vampire version!
0:40 You're right! They filmed this MV (and Treasure MV, both are title-tracks) in Morocco. They used the free natural sites to save money on constructing sites in a studio. They've come a long way. 🥲
