Kohberger's refusal to enter a plea or offer an alibi certainly look like actions of a guilty man.

This would NOT be a nationwide story this long, had either B or D called 9-1-1 right away when they texted " someone's here"...Do they always leave the sliding door unlocked while they sleep? ..Why NOT call 9-1-1, when voices are heard, but call friends over at about 8 am for an UNCONSCIOUS person? But then NO ONE calls 9-1-1 until almost noon... If you saw an unconscious person, did U not see all the blood, all over the place or even in their rooms?? My brain & thoughts do not want to think, let alone believe that B & D would have assisted the killer with this heinous murders..Foot print may belong to one of the kids walking around the scene, already contaminating it

No one that LE interviewed/, interrogated had an alini because the alibis LE yook were between 3-4 mot at 4:-4: 25 when LE says yhe murderd happened. LE received a tip on NK and f om there never focused on anyone else. LE made the evidence fit BK. Come on saying a thud and a dog bark for a nesrby camera means anything at all. Many dogs in the neighborhood not just Murphy snd a thud could be a door slam or other possibilities. Thats not evidrnce doesn't prove a thing

If the prosecution is so sure that BK is guilty why do they care about his alibi? The state acted shocked yesterday to hear BK had an alibi. That shows me their case against BK is weak and full of assumptions and circumstantial evidence.

The funniest thing about the hearing was when the prosecutors asked Ann for BK's alibi, why do the prosecutors care about BK's alibi? If, according to them, they have a solid case.The defense can create an alibi, and if they actually have solid evidence that BK committed the crimes, why so much concern about the alibi? So it suggests that they don't really have anything against BK, just touch DNA.

I think if I was innocent, I would want this over with so I can go home, not sit in jail 3 years. If my defense knew I was innocent you would move things along so the prosecution is less prepared. It just speaks to his guilt. His alibi is shit. Let’s face it. He may as well give a guilty plea. People think he may be innocent … how? There is so much circumstantial evidence and a ton we do not know and even the families of the victims do not know. It’s a concern for prosecution witnesses with time dragging on, people move and forget details, but worse for Kohberger as it gives the prosecution more time to prepare. I feel bad for the families as they want answers

He already gave his alibi but maybe not in writing. He was driving around. I guesshe needs to say not within a block of the residence or not within the neighborhood or not in town just going thru. But I have not heard the prosecution finally decide on time of death do how can he say where he was at that time? They've changed the time of death so many times from after midnight to like 8 the whatever the next morning. He said he was driving around during that overnight timeframe. I guess he could say began driving at whatever time and ended driving at whatever time. The last time of death mentioned was based on what? Prosecution has to prove guilt defendent technically doesn't have to prove innocence so this must give defense an alibi seems a tad unconstitutional in a technical sense and not being allowed to bring in witnesses when prosecution finally presents something or presents something new again seems to unfairly lend itself to the prosecution and an unfair process and much easier to set someone up. Not that I'm saying that is or isn't happening. But point is it would be too easy to railroad someone and that lends built in doubt in every single idaho case. We still don't have an alibi for the surviving roommates. Until we have a specific detailed probable alibi how can they be ruled out and anyone else ruled in? All we know is they may have been there and didn't call 911. One claimed to be in her room from some unknown time to some unknown time. So why does others have to have an alibi? Because that's doubt. Prosecution has to prove beyond shadow of doubt. What if he and a surviving roommate were out together buying drugs and roommate lies about being home all night. What of roommate was out all night came home saw scene passed out from shock and then from shock or from wanting to hide where they were says they'd been sleeping? We still dk what evidence that proved the roommates didn't do it and so they needed to look elsewhere. Heck we still don't have any proof or evidence that one of the victims didn't attack another. Another tried to intervene to stop it and they all ended up with deadly or lifethreatening injuries and no one to call 911 and so the killer bled or otherwise died of the injuries. The problem is investigators have left so much so open that we as public don't have enough info to even look outside of the home yet for the killer. I'm guessing they aren't giving the defense much more. So it's premature and unnecessary to give any more detailed an alibi. I'd say the same no matter who the victims are or who the accused is.
