No blood policy, suicide, organ policy, doctrinal flip-flopping, untreated mental health issues, shunning, abusive relationships. These are just a few of the ways the Watchtower causes harm to people and in some cases even death.
It's shameful and sad that an organization...that right man in suits...decide who lives and who dies. Who could even begin to measure the blood on the Watchtower's hands.
Ex JWs often undergo a period of deep grief. A time when we can slip into very dark thoughts. We hope that if you should ever find yourself in such a place that you will reach out and find help. Speak to a therapist. Speak to a friend. Don't suffer alone.
Leaving the cult is no mean feat. Recovering can be long and difficult road. But know that you do not walk that road alone.
