@@CalRapz He does but he doesn't have the mentality of a knockout artist. He's a finesse first fighter and knockout is like a low priority in his game. Joe is a decent boxer so Shakur may lose a round or two but he should grab this.

Let’s not sleep on this guy! He coming off a terrible lost so he has a lot to prove. Beating Shakur will put him on a different level coming into the 135 weight class. He might rock Shakur and get him into some trouble if Shakur is too confident and takes this man for a joke. So we’ll see!
