小姐 can be used in some other chinese speaking regions, but in mainland china it is used as slang for a prostitute, so you would avoid using that by itself. You could use LASTNAME 小姐 though in some settings as a formality.
The 31 year old was so nice. I honestly would never go on these apps because i think demographic is far too young for me, so it's honestly surprising when i see a video with a 30+ year old in it. If only they had apps like this for older people to meet.
