I just want to thank you so much for helping us out . Although many have speculated about why our lawn had gotten so bad and our priorities we would like to clarify that our priotities are in the right place my husband is a teacher and I work as a social worker . He was in a car accident, which left him with chronic shoulder pain . We also just had a baby and I myself have been unable to go outside to assist with yardwork. We bought this house and the pool has had leaks which causes it to be green as the filter does not always run efficiently. I urge everyone to speak kindness into the world as you may not know the circumstances of people and thank people like Mr. BIGLIN which was a godsend and gave us leeway to be able to get back on track .
Hoping your husband is feeling better. Kindness goes a long way - and your family has a lot on your plate. You have a lovely home and garden and I bet the projects you do together will make it even better. Fixer uppers are full of possibilities 😊
Your priorities are your priorities. There’s always someone whose words aren’t aligned with love in the comments but pay them no mind. It’s not their business. I wish you and your family well. ♥️
Life gets in the way sometimes and it's hard to get to. Neighbors should be more giving and helpful our neighbor was so nice to come help us when my husband fell and broke his hip he just came and did it. Really appreciate it. So we all go through ruff days. Thankful for those who take the time to help out ❤
Great job, Bryan! Thank-you for helping this family while their recovering! The push mower save you from raking and picking up mowed grass but the rider keeps you from running your legs off. They both do a beautiful job, so which do you like better? God bless you. Stay safe, healthy, and smile Jesus loves you and so do we! Take care till next time
Front yard wasn't too bad and once mowed looked great. Great way to edge and trim prior to mowing. Since it rained, good idea to bag clippings. Onto the back yard. When doing really long grass like this, I suggest raising the mower blade as high as it can go. Use your large mower and discharge the clippings out the side. When you just run the grass over, your blade will either tear the grass and or you will shock the grass itself. 2nd mow lower the blade by an inch and remow. At this time you can bag the clippings. Or if you use the push mower, place the mulching plub into the mower shoot and mow . If the old clippings laying on the lawn are too long, then raise the mower back up and mow while collecting old clippings from 1 st mow. then lower back the inch and mulch or bag which ever gives you the better results. I use to take care of a 5 acre estate in Illinois. I used a riding mower and pulled behind a sweeper that collected the clippings, then dumped them into a burn pile.
Push mower with catcher will almost always return a better result. A tip for tall lawns like this with bag: cut the first pass on high and bag it but then come back and lower the mower a couple of steps and do it again as a finishing pass. Or a third or forth pass depending on the situation. Changing direction on each pass will also add to the finished result and don't forget you can also do diagonals if you want to.
I can smell the fresh cut grass from here! Have you ever notice that when you start mowing your grass, pretty soon your neighbor is mowing theirs. The people that are able will get out and mow their grass! Good job, keep up the good work!
Lawns and pools can be a full time job in the summer months, add a newborn and shoulder surgery…it must have been overwhelming. Thanks to Mr Biglin for helping you out. Awesome job !
Wonderful difference. I noticed at the end you had also trimmed the palms. Good on you, Bryan. You do such a huge, exceptional, and professional job for those in need without question or judgment. Your a good man!
Man, that is one heck of an advertisement for how good that mower is in your video! Excellent job whether the house is vacant or not you still did a good job and doesn’t matter who’s there.
I watch alot of lawn transformation videos on RU-vid and you was the only one I've seen use the edger around the whole yard first and then cut the grass I love your work
Great that you were able to help those who really needed a helping hand. Looks so much better and should make it a little easier to maintain going forward. 🙂👏🏻👏🏻
Glad your back, I enjoy watching amazing yard clean-up's. Taking the grass and tree limbs with you, is the polishing touch. You can tell the owners love their property. It's a beautiful home and yard. We all need a vacation now and then and things get forgotten. I'm sure the pool and screens will be up and in shape in no time. Hatters do you really want to hear people picking your s--t apart. BE NICE. This is about (??what's your first name Mr. Biglin) the lawn care. Have a wonderful day and so glad your back 🤗
Great transformation. Looks real good with the push mower. I think whatever you choose... As long as the grass clippings are picked up. Keep on keeping 😊
Once again, an excellent job and I think the push mower did a great job. (I did worry about how difficult it was mowing where the super tall grass was, and the ground seemed very bumpy. At my house, that's moles. Maybe the big mower first and the push mower after to pick up clippings?) Anyway, you are the best at picking up all the clippings and although I watch others, you are still my favorite. Kudos.
Looks great! I prefer this lawn mower because it doesn't cut so deep and it leaves the lawn still looking green while the other ones turn it brown and not as appealing.
