The reason the human body gets red when it is cold is the increase in blood to the surface of the skin to combat the cold outside. It is trying to warm you up, so the red is blood.

You actually do need French Zelda who will teach you the ways of the baguette

And they're off! Bread% is honestly one of the most fun speedruns I've heard of for a while, and it was a joy to watch your run! May the best baker win!

Random tip: Whistle sprinting is actually slower than just regular running, so for speedruns you should alternate between them.

When making bread takes longer then beating the game

You should used running till your low on stan then whistle run and just repeat that cycle

Honestly I just randomly stumbled across your channel and I have to say I also only have a Wii U with BOTW, I don't do speedruns because that's too stressful for me lmao- but hey at least we can play Twilight Princess HD, Wind Waker, HD and Skyward Sword. (I'm pretty sure you can play OOT, MM, and a few others if you purchase them on the eshop of course) but the Wii U has plenty of Zelda games to play. Vasoconstriction is a symptom when your body starts to get cold as a defense mechanism, it take’s place when your blood vessels narrow to reduce blood flow near the body’s surface. Sometimes the blood vessels dilate and burst, which causes redness. Btw loving your channel, keep up the good work!

About getting red in the cold: it’s actually because blood is flowing to the coldest places to warm them up so muscles and such will look more red (sorry for my bad English)
