A national breakfast TV show came out to see how we do our Random Acts of Mowing.
We had a great time and the gentleman was very thankful. More overgrown Kikuyu taken care of with Masport mowers and Ego Multitool.

That multi-tool is proving valuable. It is handling several actions at once on the curb overgrowth. This seems to be one of Unexpected Landscape Archeology. You began to note a series of similar plants, despite overgrowth. You found a plant edging line. In cropping and clearing the plants, another plant edging line appears.... This is becoming fun. What looked to be a yard with a bad overgrowth of long-runnered grass, became a landscape discovery and renewal, a transformation to aid the neighborhood and a bit of problem solving and detection. A good small job.

I found this to be such an odd yard Tim, the way the landscape was set up 😵‍💫 I must say, I thought you were going to break out some super sonic rider mower, and make mince out of that job. Nope. 😳 Can’t nobody call you “skeert” 😆 It always surprises me when I see yards left in such an unkept condition. Great job.

Tim, I hope when this video airs on the TV show that the host stresses the the point that not only does the homeowner or tenant benefit from your hard work and free transformation but that the whole neighborhood benefits by removing an eyesore of an overgrown lawn! Every thing you do to make a lawn look good. No, its not efficient when you have the extra work of a lawn that got out of shape. I like that you do it correctly and not cut corners.

I wish my grass was that green. We are about 6 weeks into a period of hot weather and no rain. My grass hasn't grown enough to bother cutting it. I even contacted my clients to let them know as the grass wasn't growing, I thought it would not be good business to charge them for simply pushing a mower around with it actually cutting anything.

Am a great fan of Al Bladez and AP and watch all their Channels. Awesome to see Al lend his machine to others in his trade. BTW, there's a young Ozzie lawnmower who turned 18 yesterday. He's been mowing since 2 years and has won hearts for his service (both paid 💰and for free ), in his off time from studies. He's going on to College for Computer technology. So heartening how his subbers offer such caring suggestions , even as they pick out what could improve ( which, btw, he thoroughly appreciates) and all the while, root for him. Its just amaze me to think that the homeowner can afford to buy a house that big with a backyard lawn and cannot buy himself a mower or pay someone to tidy up the surrounding. Great to watch. I have EGO battery tools as well and they are great. I also have the EGO backpack turbo air blower which works well. I am done with petrol trimmers but still have a diesel Ventrac for the tough going. How many batteries do you use a day Tim?
