This would be a great idea to implement with a friend by replacing the "5 subs" thing with a randomizer that picks a random rule out of a big group of them, and implements it for one turn (and the randomizer activates once every turn so it doesn't get super chaotic like what happened here)

every time i see someone doing something like this all i can think is this is just to much chaos. at least the rules should only go into effect the next turn or it is just something like this was, 2 grown man scram nonsensical things at another and after a while decide to leave.
