Stroke victim elderly friend of mine lost the function of his right arm but got out of the nursing home as soon as he could, bought an old motorhome and never looked back. He said his worst day on the road was better than his best day in the nursing home. Happy trails!

I hope he also has a medical/social worker helping him to navigate this lifestyle. At present that driving system looks dangerous for him to be using hopefully the electrician can modify it for his safety and others on the road. We all need a support system and I wish him well.

I know Guss, met him in Quartzsite AZ, USA at the RTR, a few years ago. I'm disabled and use hand controls too, there are safer ones out there, however they are horrendously expensive. SUGGESTION: If possible hook up a plugin for his scooter that can be charged as he is driving. Best to you Guss, Gramkracker

Hi Chrome, I know what you are saying. I used to live pay check to pay check with my youngest son with health issues. I love what you are doing helping others in need. Just shows you are a great humanitarian. This is not often seen today, people usually turn the other way. Love your videos as they lift my spirits now days since my youngest son passed. Chrome one thing you have to be careful about with that beautiful knitted blanket is that your DOG does not get all CAUGHT up in it. It could be very dangerous and distressing for the dog. Its paws can get caught in the holes in the blanket and get tangled up. Just a small side of caution always thinking about the animals we love.

The memories down there! Just before i got married (in 2020, in a park at the US-Canada border, during COVID, to my American husband who couldn't cross the border, and i couldn't cross it either), i was staying at the Jericho Beach hostel right near there. Taking the #4 bus every day into town. There was a crazy lady in my dorm who used to chant mantras for hours on end out loud from 5AM. Good times! 😆

Chrome, you are very kind. When one becomes “differently” abled, cost of living skyrockets. All modified and adaptive equipment is so very expensive.
