I’m glad they did not allow grinding for the tigers. I wish they would cut grinding out all together. I don’t even have a great one, but it doesn’t really bother me because that aspect of the game has been lost through other creators that were grinding or doing her management to get great ones, and when you can have one person that has almost 80 great ones or even over 80 great ones, what is so rare about that I look forward to jumping into this new map and hunting the game like it was meant to be played. Thanks again for sharing your videos. I look forward to seeing where we go from here.. 👍🏼
They put in the hours though. Dedication of hundreds of hours to only a few species, isnt easy. Grinding is that, a grind of time and repitition. Their enjoyment isnt the same as yours or mine...its not that big of a deal.
Grinding is not in the purity of hunting. To me it's more like poaching or slaughter for a trophy. I don't think the game was meant to be that way at the beginning and I hate to think that it is evolving to cater to the grinders. Kinda makes one dislike the idea of a GO. ultimately I could care less how one chooses to spend their time and effort in play of the game and I choose not to watch any "grinding" content. And if the game changes to a full on grind for all...well I would assume play space invaders. I applaud the rarity of the big cats on the new map.
@@DullAntler do you play shooter games, (fortnite, call of duty?) There are sweats and casuals....they cater the game to try and keep it balanced. Gringing a GO is the sweat version of COTW. Its a purchased game for that buyer to enjoy how they want. Multi player hopping on potentially modded servers used to be the way hunting streamers created content. Now its legit grinding for trophies. Just play the game you bought, they way you want.
@@theballpythonproject6598 no I don't play the other games. My kick back time is COTW. I'm not a gamer but am invested in this one. I do enjoy good content. Reread my statement above (who plays space invaders anymore). If it changes so drastically I can move on. No loss for the creators or anyone else.
Nah I disagree. I put in hours for my trophies, if I "grinded" for them I wouldn't still be putting in hours of hunting trying to find 2 more albino ibex's for example. I'd have 30 by now and I'd be shooting 100 every hour. "Grinding" is a fun little word for Farming Respawns just like "Herd Management" is an innocent little term used to describe the tactic of Manipulating them to get trophies faster than the game intends. Maybe it's time to update the terminology and start calling things what they actually are. It seems even the developers are tired of all the trophy farming. I think everyone is getting tired of it at this point. Let's HUNT.
I'm happy they're making the game much more realistic by making the Snow Leopards and Bengal Tigers rare. Wild cat species, in real life, are incredibly elusive and rarely seen. That makes seeing one, big or not, very exciting. Maybe they'll do the same thing for the Mountain Lion/Puma, Mexican Bobcat, Eastern Bobcat, Eurasian Lynx, and Lion in the future.
He didn't say a couple, he said less than 16. I'm assuming there will be 12 or so. Having rare common variation animals in the game is extremely exciting
I'm surprised, it said the new rifle ammo is 53 Penetration and 60 Expansion for classes 4-8 with an effectiive range of 200m (219 yards). And it reloads pretty quickly. That's just wild to me. And it's free if you do the missions. Can't wait to use it.
I’m pumped! Only complaints are the gun only being 4-8 and the lack of an Ibex species. With as few tigers and leopards there are, they could have added a species or two more. Awesome video KC!
Idk if you caught it but at the very end of the stream when he put the Tigers aggressive, The Snow Leapord went aggressive as well , so looks like Both Tigers and Snow Leapords will be aggressive
I never play call of the wild for grinds actually I’ve been playing call of the wild just like I do way of the hunter. Really enjoying the game more this way.
Cause Jaxy has dev controls so he can spawn any animal and freeze them, so we can get a good look at them rather than running after them to get a look. Towards the end of stream, he unfroze them and got killed by a tiger. I’m sure he doesn’t use dev controls when he’s actually out hunting animals.
Not happy. Only 16 triggers and even less snow leopards, plus the dense vegetation and step terrain ,sadly not what I expected. I dint care about GOs ,I never grind, but come o,the add this beautiful felines and the chances to encounter one are minimum. Bad move. To hyped to not interested.
They did say that if you hang around tiger territory the tiger will eventually come and find you. Doesn't really help that much with hunting for rares, but at least makes tiger encounters more likely. For the snow leopards, if they weren't elusive people wouldn't like that either. Being extra difficult to find is pretty much what makes them special in peoples minds.
@@Vombatiform2 I understand that, wouldn't put me that much off if it wasn't the type of map like Parque or Mississipi, I never went back there once I finished the missions because I hate dense vegetation and step terrain mix. And is sad that in more than 1K hours I haven't even seen a GO even by chance, but am not a grinder,I love roaming abd see what I encounter once am done with missions, thanks for explaining. Happy hunting !
@@HuntressGamer since mexico, the maps have almost all been too dense to enjoy. I feel ya there, which is why I mostly hunted for GO at their drink zones. At least I could shoot and see what I was shooting at.
@@theballpythonproject6598 I spent most of the time at medved, cuatro and my fave,Yukon. Hmm. I git tents and tripods to set grinds, just feel lazy about it. But,if I ever do GO grind must be a bear. Happy hunting and good luck!
@@HuntressGamer ive been trying for my GO bear with no luck. The process is boring and takes time, but I still want one. Whatever you do, do not grind New England for Moose GO! Its a nightmare and insanely difficult lmao. I went to medved, eventually getting my GO moose. Casual hunting is extremely fun and can be very rewarding. I remember getting an initial albino peccary on mexico just scouting the northern desert area from a huge boulder!
