I don't have faith that the current development team can produce a proper Titanfall 3, let me just remind everybody that this is none of the people that made Titanfall what it is and everybody that made Apex into the meme it is today

im being dredfully honest if i could i would shutdown apex to finally be able to play titanfall 3 as titanfall 2 was just the best thing i had ever played, i loved the story, they multiplyer mode's were fantastic to play and i will never forget BT-7274's sacrifice.

at this point so many devs have left the original team, and with EA in the pilot seat, its safe to say it wouldnt be the same

I think it's good to note from a dev perspective, TF3 might not even be that good for money. Apex is making ALOT of money so this gives them a reason to keep pushing on apex and not a TF3 that may not even be EXTREMELY sucessful and worth

I genuinely doubt that respawn could do a Titanfall game justice. At this point with how far buried they are in cosmetic-centered games they would just turn it into another skin simulator.

0:23 because file compression isn't respawn's strong point, at the release of titanfall 1 they had like 50 gb of sound files lmao not sure if they've improved upon it, but respawn has had a lot of coding issues, hence the large file sizes and problems with things breaking in apex

I personally like both Titanfall and Apex. Apex gives a wide cast of characters in the titanfall universe each with their own ties to each other, but Titanfall has better gameplay in my opinion. I think a middle ground could work, like how they could introduce a character, like a scavenger or something, who finds a dead pilot after a battle. They take their jump pack and repair their Titan who would tell us to uphold the mission, much to the dismay of either the other IMC or Militia pilots we'd meet later. Other ideas; open world Titanfall, campaign faction decisions, and multiplayer armor customization instead of changing your armor with your ability.

so basically hes saying that if they make a titanfall 3 it will have more in common with apex than titanfall 2, so i wont play it

If they can add a campaign to apex where it would basically be Titanfall 3, that would solve a lot of everyone’s problems.

I'm ready for another titan fall and tbh I think apex players wouldn't get that confused, all they gotta do is either play titan fall 2 and watch gameplay of the story shit who knows they might not connect the new one to the 2nd game.

I suppose it sorta makes sense, given how easily fans tend to over demand sometimes it could restrict there freedom in the creation of a good titanfall game, like when apex came out and you had people complaining that there where no titans and wall runing, fun sure but they would ruin the balence and team based dynamic, it possible that wed se the same thing cause a titanfall game would be abit more of a general story ark while people would prefer a more individual focused story, atleast this is the example i can think of off the top of my head

I love titanfall however I am now of the opinion that I don’t want a titanfall 3! I want a remastered titanfall 1 and 2 just with some added content like a couple of new titans. Titanfall 2 was such a good game that was released in between major titles so not many people forked out the cash for it. Assuming the other two are remastered without incident then there is room for a 3rd instalment in the franchise but the remasters can’t have paywalls or any more monetary incentive than the second did imo because it just ends up ruining the game.

Ok hear me out. If the people that hacked Titanfall do that to apex and manage to kill it fully, forcing them to make Titanfall 3 or even a Titanfall Battle Royale, they will be not only forgiven but forever respected.

Quo bono? Who benefits? This backs up my conjecture that both Titanfall games were killed off not by some lone hacker that was bad at the game, but corporate interests, EA, Respawn or both. Over 200 million players of Titanfall 2 is a big slice of cheddar for Apex Legends servers. You seriously think one guy could hold down the servers for this long? It is an inside job for profit. Wtf is respawns problem? There’s such a demand for titanfall 3 and would be such a massive success but respawn is drawing a line in the sand rather making some bs moh game and other projects instead of it. Tf2 had the worst possible release window and still people recognize it as one of the best fps of that generation. They can easy work if apex along side tf3. I want titanfall three, but I have zero faith in EA to make it. Almost all of the original titanfall devs have rightfully jumped ship, and Apex is filled with so many stupid gimmick characters that more likely than not would transfer over to Titanfall. The example modes we've had in Apex have shown us that the Dev team can't even make a proper TDM mode, I'd hate to see them try to create multiple modes for Titanfall. The personality for every single Apex Legend is either their sexuality, or a wet paper towel. There's not a single character who's just in the Apex games to beat it, and join Blisk in being a pilot. (Because that's why he started the games in the first place, to reform the predators because Cooper killed them all.) Every single legend is genuinely there to just participate in the games for various reasons that make zero sense. After watching all of the cinematics for Apex, I have zero idea what the story is for it. They've had four years to create an overall gist of WHY people are participating in the games, and only three characters I can remember why. Crypto is looking for his sister, and hacked into the game, Wraith is just dimension hopping, Loba came to kill revenant. If they can't make a cohesive story, they can't make a Titanfall 3. I can tell you titanfall 1 and Titanfalls 2 story while playing the game in my head, I've been playing Apex for four years and can barely remember last seasons cinematic.

I think they should make a bridge game between Apex and Titanfall that takes place the moments after, or during, the blackout after the events in Titanfall 2 [Trying to be spoiler-light on a 7-year-old game be like] If they do that, then they can have some like "Last Moments" type lore to explain why the Titans weren't populating the workforce in the outlands. Because Titans were also used as essentially humanoid mobile cranes iirc. This would allow the players to, say, control a noncombat titan with the movement abilities of Apex. They could later retrofit said titan with impromptu armor or be forced into picking up a downed titan's weapon and using it themselves. That way, with a simpler movement system but the titans being included, the Apex players can begin bridging more seamlessly into Titanfall. And thus an official continuation on the lore past Apex's current era could be made in either of the two series.

I haven't played Apex in the past 2 or 3 years, because I just don't like the game anymore. I'd much rather wait for Titanfall 3 even if it takes a decade for RESPAWN to make up their mind.

Its simple. Ultimately for respond entertainment. They wanted the people to enjoy there experience. And not cut that experience from gane to game. They did a wonderful job each time they provided. Again. When its the righr Time. They will do it. When we had thoughts of giant mechs and people fighting alongside. Titanfall. Then the same thing just make it smoother and a more cohesive story. Then apex. The fleshing out of the individual when it comes to the game characters chosen. Ultimately. Its building up to be a very harsh demand for that. "Breath of fresh air respond provided. Even after being absorbed into the technological moster that is Ubisoft. But again. Probably because what respond did correctly. In connecting to their community. Ultimately became the same cruch that is holding them back from providing on a timely manor. Miyazaki had this figured out to begin with. Armored core. It was just not tbe right time. As Titanfall was the right time. And im assuming that fromsoftware ended up learning from all these clear hinderinces and aimed higher. Providing one souls game after another. Taking the steam that call of duty provided and just kept it going forward. Now. Are they gana learn. Or keep having the same crutch that is no longer helping them. Because. The company has already out grown the crutches amd new ones are to be made. If understanding is to be maintained.

titanfall 2 has had a clear and VERY obvious loyal following since it came out, to not make a 3rd one piggybacking off of that just doesn't make sense I'm convinced EA made apex not respawn and now that basically none of the original TF2 team is there a better titanfall game that 2 is not happening, ever

As much as I would love a Titanfall 3, I have accepted that it will most likely never happen, and others need to accept that as well. I prefer Titanfall over Apex by a large margin but we all know that EA only listens to the money, and Titanfall 3 wouldn't make them nearly as much money as Apex is and will in the future. It is unfortunate, but sadly true.

I can almost imagine someone going to twitter, finding a respawn tweet about Star Wars survivor or literally anything that isn’t apex and reply “Fix apex” “Make titanfall 3” Or my most hated one in particular “no one cares about stupid Star Wars, fix apex” The last as you would note uses the first one as part of its structure but don’t let it be said option 2 hasn’t been used either

I loved titanfall, but I think I’m fine with it ending on the high note of titanfall 2. the bright cheery tone, colors,and honestly rather silly characters of apex would not blend well into the more sci-fi militaristic titanfall. Don’t get me wrong titanfall had some silly shit (a whole faction based on Marvin and the ability to make a pink titan to name a few) but, that was one off stuff and generally in multiplayer. I get the appeal of apex, it’s just not my cup of tea. And I think the two being separate would be best. But that’s just me.

Titanfall 2 is so much better of a game than apex after playing it for just a few months, the insanely fast paced action is unmatched by apex. It is undoubtedly an underrated, overlooked and neglected game/franchise

They are smart. No point paying for a game that just takes customers from a game they already own. They plan on appearing being aroumd for decades....so I don't think there will ever be titanfall again

To be honest Titanfall legends may not have had a good story, like playing as blisk is cool and all, but wheres the stakes, we know he lives, and how would the gameplay go? Would he suddenly be even more plot armored than he is? I rather have his story fleshed out in lore or cinematics

To be extremely honest from an enormous apex fan.... the game is getting boring, reaaaal fast. I really only play it just when i have nothing else to do, and this might be true for others aswell. Its safe to asume that it Titanfall 3 might come this decade

To be honest, Titanfall was always better than apex ( atleast in my eyes) since the pure concept for it was badass and whenever i played i felt awsome rodeoing titans and zooming around the map.

I am personally i huge titanfall fan and i cant wait till apex is dead and titanfall comes back since i dont really like battle royale games like apex because its a bit confusing for me since it has similar movement and weapons like in titanfall but the amount of abylities and characters is just a bit much for me i like the system they had in titanfall 2 so just a few abilities many weapons with accesories and 3 different grenades and 8 titans is more than enough for me maybe they can implement the pvp system of titanfall 1 and add some of the mechanics from titanfall 2 including the titans so a frankensteind version of titanfall 1 and 2 and what is the solution for 1+2 its 3 so it would be pretty dunny just seeing that for example as an april fools joke

People are not gunna be able to know what titanfall is considering 1 is unplayable and 2 is basically unplayable unless you download the northstart client
