Man, I can't help but think the missing tool box piece was what was next to it. And you didn't realize (for the second time). 20:25. You were digging into it for a second time. It wasn't just a container container. 😂😂😂😂. Am I wrong?
No way! They shut down the store and made it a yard sale?!! Wowee! You two hit pay dirt! ( : There were sooo many cool items there! ( : I am sooo impressed with the sale today! Sooo awesome to get to go with you guys shopping at such a cool antique sale today! Too fun! ( :
Thank you for being so consistent with your daily videos. I really look forward to watching you two! Is this a yard sale that happens all the time? They have the coolest stuff!
That was huge sale and i would have spent a long time like the both of you just looking and opening every box to see what was in them.. Just love the hunt.. 👍🇦🇺🦘
People often come into my antique store looking for old clock parts, gauges, etc for their steampunk creations. I have seen some of the coolest lamps, art and decor made by people recycling those old parts!
This was killer, did see they had some cast repops but the majority was good flippin, wished Kayla wood have nabbed some of the wooden tool boxes, cute in booths to hold smalls.
The weird thing with the angel just under 2 minutes in: Sign holder, like outside a business, or an old bell holder before we had doorbells. Flip Stool and an antique booth win win. I want to find a red one like my grandparents had. I hope Kayla is making pretty flower arrangements and such to put in your booth too. Seems she has an eye for it.
I went to 2 sales like this last summer that made this sale look small. Both dealers retiring. Absolutely mind-boggling. I got tired of looking at stuff.
You passed right by all those peg board holders at the garage sale, she had tons! You loved those wood caddies, they could also have been used to display items in your booth! Love the show, learned SO much! Like the older episodes with your Dad! "Yuuup"
Some great finds today. With the clock pieces, if they don't sell could you sell them for the metal value? You'd surely make more than three dollars on that.
I like your videos better when you had it laid out on the table so I could see what you bought you did this one so fast and I never knew what you bought except for the car parts and the clock parts till I don't know what else you got or what Kayla got but I love you all anyway God bless you
Not sure if you picked up those oversized, handmaid, wood toolboxes, but I envisioned Kayla using her talent to decorate them with her picks then reselling on marketplace!!! Always fun watching your videos!
Y’all did a great job with that yard . The metal irons that Kayla found are called branding irons. They are mainly used to brand cattle. sometimes you will see smaller ones that people used to brand leather products that they are making like purses or saddles for horses or wallets brand cattle or something or just they’re making up a project but it’s because they were I believe those are for cattle.
Be wary of beige masking tape stuck on things, like that pipe planter. It can petrify so that it is pretty much impossible to remove. I learned this the hard way!
Hey Julian: loved this episode! BTW -some of those clock pieces you can group and send them as “Steampunk” stuff. I saw a weaving shuttle that might have a niche market there! I love the vendor booth and Kayla’s jewelry. Please hug Willow for me! It’s getting cold and snowy here in Canada, so we love watching you two in shorts! Lol: what would you SC folk do at 20 to 30 degrees in the morning?!
Hey my bearded brother with a different hair color ,first of all y'all are Awesome and secondly can u show how u photo your items to list ,what kind of camera u use and photo set up ,and if u already have could u direct me to that video,y'all keep rocking y'all are my heros🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I don't see anything but crap at this yard sale. Even the Salvation Army and Goodwil would toss it in the dumpster. But still enjoyed the video just the same. Thanks for sharing with us.
The thing that drives me crazy about pickers is you don’t want to pay anything but you want people to pay top dollar when you list it. Think about that.
It was painful to watch this video and see you pass up so much good stuff. Everything there was cheap and great resale value. Farmhouse items are so popular. I feel like you guys tend to gravitate to the cheap items easier. I think it may be hard for you to pay more at times when the payout can also be more but for some reason you don’t look up the items then and there.
