They turned a neighborhood in Pachuca, Hidalgo into a big mural to fight violence 

When we hear "Mexico," words like gangs, violence, and drugs always come to mind. I myself know and believe there are still a lot of cartels in this country but I also know that there are many places like Las Palmitas in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico that are trying to eradicate the negative connotations about the country.
Here's my experience in Las Palmitas - a great example of how to transform marginalized communities, not just in Mexico, but the whole of Latin America.
