Because, it was more convenient for them to settle in a place where their service is no longer required.

Naga's solution is a domestic issue only... Our Naga freedom fighters never fought for a solution. It's only a few interested persons who want to exchange our Naga rights for a few thousand dollars during their lifetime. And other words surrender all rights and arms and get a bundle of money to build a mansion,,, Which India govt is ready to do anytime... Naga's solution is at Naga's hand ,,, solution the logical word is surrender. It's whether you want to accept it or not.

Apart from the historic battle of WW11 . Hope history will also emphasize that NAGAS helped allied forces against Japan; where ultimately NAGAS were mercilessly dumped to the Indian rulers as also they togethere arrogantly cut up The geographical area all over the borders for which NAGAS are now highly grieved and divided. our Leader PHIZO also died in London away from His land and family for the Very Act of the British Empire along with the Indian Army. Hope the superpower-nations! responsible for this uncalled for mistreatment can also rectify the wrong done , that we might also harbor greater honour of the British Crown.

Mr. Lugaleng, the guests you have invited have discussed Nagaland in various ways throughout the shows. Foreign civilizations are invading our country, and our past is dying a slow death amidst Korean culture, Oppas, and Japanese anime, festivals of all sorts after idols. Hoping you can be that torch bearer for Nagas through your sphere. The time has come for education about Naga history to be integrated into school textbooks and passed on to the next generation. Knowing the facts and the history is beneficial to the younger generations. We must ensure that the next generation has a record of our history to pass on to others when they migrate from their homeland to pursue career advancement. When visitors visit our homeland, even locals will know our history.

The Sumi tribe's contribution is duly acknowledged. It is high time that we, the Naga people, work towards a more harmonious coexistence. Nobody will gain from sowing the seed of tribalism and realising that the land itself will not accompany us to the afterlife. If the teachings of Christ found in the Bible are to be believed, it is better to live out our brief, miraculous lives here on earth in peace and harmony rather than harbouring resentment, anger, and bitterness. Since we Nagas placed our faith in Jesus Christ, can we declare ourselves Christians?

Have u heard about the Kohima Educational Trust in the UK and the Kohima Educational Society in Kohima? These two bodies work to keep the relationship in the educational field. Both of you sounded n looked very naive on the subject. Bit embarassing.

I must admit, I too am completely unaware of these two educational trusts. Because members of the organisation often choose to select members of their own kind or sponsors, few people in Nagaland are aware of when initiatives like this become available to the public. Can we say that all nagas outside of Kohima have benefited from this trust's educational programmes? Ignorance and secrecy serve exclusively the interests of the few, at the expense of the general public. Who exactly benefited from the programmes that this project ran?
