I bet there were tons of treasures if you had the time/energy/stamina to really dig! I've learned to pick up anything Le Creuset. Even the stoneware pieces sell. And that chair that was in the garage caught my interest. It was definitely a MCM style. And it's always great to see you picking with your dad. Great finds as always!

I almost quit watching with all those creepy dolls. I had to turn away a couple of times lol. Sometimes I wonder how we played with those creepy things back then. But, you always find killer stuff. You have a good eye for diamonds in the rough.

Bayonet: I have a similar looking one from World War 1, that is French made. If the blade cross section resembles the shape of a crucifix, they call that a Cruciform Shape. Back then the idea was to make a wound shape in a pattern that was harder to stitch closed, but would still pull back out. Always bad for an infantry man to get his bayonet stuck, after a thrust. Usually there are markings on the blade near the rifle attachment point to identify the brand and model.
