Got invited to play on a new men's league team. I pulled up and this is what happened... ▼Connect With Tristan Jass▼ / tristanjass / tristanjass / tristanj22 ▼Follow T Jass Brand▼ / tjassbrand / tjassbrand www.tjassbrand.com
Wow so he does the job a point guard is supposed to do. Way to go for him stepping up to the role he's already supposed to be playing. Y'all know anything about basketball and the role people are supposed to play at certain positions?? You acting like he's doing something that's never been done before.
I really respect T for doing his own thing. He could do all the tournaments and 1v1s against the best RU-vid hoopers and get crazy views but it's obviously not what he's interested in doing
@@SmokeWeedOrNah2 I feel like that comment has some hate in it. Most people would get schooled by pros. They dedicate their life to their sport. T Jass has done that too but in a different way. He'd beat majority of the ones commenting. I'd put money on that
Dude, I wanna commend you on how you play within a team structure. You stay positive, you encourage your teammates, you try to teach teammates about tactics and how to run a play, etc. Every now and then you run into a guy like that in pickup ball and it usually makes It more fun. 🙌✌️
Love you man, I’ve been working on my game more and trying to get a little squad together to get a RU-vid channel going soon and you’re the main reason why I want to try and start something for real. Just to show my stuff (even though I’m more of a passer and not a scorer I’m putting in work on both sides).
Yo i love these videos where you see a little more before and after, get some more TJass personality. Great video homie, Windmill dunks!!!??? Bro watching your development has been great. Blessings, keep it up
Of all the basketball videos on here I’ve watched, I like yours the best. I use to hoop back in the day, and the way you play is similar to the way I use play. You are much more polished though. You make me want to get back into the game. Unfortunately I’m 48 years old now, and haven’t picked up a basketball in 20 years. Lol 😂 I subscribed to your channel just now, so I can keep up with where you’ll be playing. If you come to Texas anytime soon, DFW area, I’d love to meet you and play some ball. 🏀 💯💪
8:04 dudes spin made me laugh since the defenders just stood there and watched. I thought my guy was bout to keep spinning and pull out some spinjitsu😂
You made me laugh when you blurred your protein bag and the next shot you see it 😂😂 great vid first time watching you without being in someone else’s video
First video of yours I have watched. I appreciate the good attitude and the respect you show everyone. That makes it way more fun. Well played and good vocals. Also want to show some respect for the other team. They tried hard and even though they were tired and way out scored they stayed clean and played to the end. Very commendable. Worth the 20 min to watch.
First time seeing one of your videos and my biggest takeaway besides the fact you’re obviously talented is that coming from a lifelong PG, you know how to find your teammates and find them in the right spots at the right times and that only comes from a lot of experience so shout out to you - I can tell based on that alone that you’re a real player and not just some well trained video editor faking it until he makes it. I see your subs numbers so most people reading this will probably think I’m stupid but like I said, I can tell you’re a real one so you’ll understand what I’m saying.
sure he's actually good at basketball but he still clickbaits tf out of his viewers constantly for no reason. like this one nobody even got mad whatsoever but he titled it "They Weren't Happy When I Dropped 42 Points On Them..." and the thumbnail was a guy telling him to get out of here when that never even happened. like why make a false narrative just say you dropped 42 in Imleagues or whatever casual league this is.
@@beyondtriggered that’s not always his fault tho. Other people will click bait u with his videos so they can try and get views off of his back and get there’s too. Happens allll the time with everyone. To add to that as well, it is his income and he does have to kinda look at it like a business or he won’t make money, it’s sucks but click baiting is the way that they can utilize their page to the fullest. It is what it is unfortunately….
@@jcreature11 Idk why you are defending him it's a disgusting way of spreading misinformation regardless who it's from or if it's for "business" like you can't scam people irl and call it business without legal repercussions and this is basically fraud on a different level. On top of that this is his OWN channel, there is nobody at fault but him. You saying he won't make money when he has tons of videos with millions of views without any clickbait is just plain ignorant. He gets a few more thousand to million views this way but loses integrity and to me that's just never worth it. When people finally realize the sellout he's becoming maybe his videos won't be as special as they used to be.
@@Chrisincmusic Friga said so in a video a while back, he tried to DM T Jass on Instagram but T Jass just ignored him. They eventually did meet at some event but no photos were taken and Friga didn't say much about it, I'm guessing T Jass doesn't like him. Friga called him out for a while and my guess is that T Jass didn't want that smoke
@@rolexus6407 That's crazy smh. Idk what might be the real reason but from what I see he rarely ever collabs with anyone. Maybe there's some drama in the community we don't know about, he doesn't wanna share the limelight or he is just scared. Who knows.
You did travel at 3:27. Slow it down and watch it. You picked the ball up before you placed your left foot down, then when you stepped down with that left foot it counted as a 1/2 step. Then when you stepped through and down with your right foot it counted as 1 1/2 steps. At this point you've used up your steps so when you went up for the shot, you travelled. The key thing is to train yourself to pick the ball up either right at the same time as you step down with your left foot, or a split second after you complete the step, then you still have your 1 and 1/2 steps left. Funny thing is, if you did the same move as a layup it probably wouldn't have gotten called because people do that all the time when going for a straight up layup. It just never gets called because it looks more natural, but when you stop and pivot back around it slows the move down so the travel is more noticeable, so it can get called. A lot of refs wouldn't call it when you pick the ball up too early, but if you get ones that does, it's the right call.
yeah too bad thats not what the travel call was for. he was called a travel because the jumpstop was a 1 2 stop instead of landing on both feet at the same time.
@@JamesEdwardsMarche110880 no its not if you are going from a dribble to a stop you need to plant both feet at the same time. its in the rule book. im in my second year of reffing and this is thought day 1.
Let’s be honest here they not even good I’m just keep it real even the refs had to stop it😂💯but all positivity tho this was a good content and respectfully I wanna play T jass 1v1 if he see this but it is what it is keep pushing tho❤️🤟🏽
Congrats if you are see the comment early. I want you to know that your life matters, you were brought to this world for a reason. Keep working on your dreams and goals and you will achieve them 🙏🏽❤️!
